Morgan Drexen is a scam artist. That company stole from me more than $4000. They need to be shut down as soon as possible.

they call your phone like three to five times a week you try to call back to see what they want an there is one answer the number you have called dont take incoming calls sorry i work for a phone company for california i can look all of that up to see an for some reason it don't pop up a number for any one so who ever this is thinks it is funny but it is sick an how did they get my cell number

My caller ID said Polling Results and there was no response when I said hello.

Call from 323-429-7508.  Knew it was junk.  Didn't catch what they are selling.  Female voice urging victim to call back.  Can you believe it they do not even have option to talk to you and they placed the stinking call.

same old sob story they can help me get out of debt, avoid foreclousure, and I qualify for a one thousand dollar something or other..... Urge me to press one to speak with some one right away. I never answer!

I get calls from an 800 or 866 number several times a week, costing me time and minutes on my cell phone..........traced the number back to Morgan Drexon who claims they can eliminate my debt....lol...I'm sick and tired of answering the phone and no one says anything.  Stupid b*****ds, we should all find their address and show up at the same time.  Shut the thieving b*****ds down!!!!  This is America, a place of the people, by the people and for the people.  Let's start acting like it.  The reason the fake politicians don't do anything about scams like this is because it's not benefitting them.  I hate politics and lowsy, lying politicians.  When they open their stink holes all I see is s*** coming out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enough it enough!!!!!!......................Ok I vented, but I mean what I say, COME ON AMERICA WAKE UP!!!!!!!

Let me share my incounter with Morgan Drexen. After receiving endless daily automated pre-recorded phone calls from Airin Linguard (866-250-3609) advising me she had my 'file' and wanted to follow up on a previous conversation regarding debt relief and credit card consolidation
with a 'pre-approved' $1,000 available. I had never ever talked with any one about these matters at any time.

Making it short, turns out the phone # led to a 'boiler room' call center who had no idea who Airin Linguard was, but promptly screened me as to my credit card debt. I was then advised a Franklin Lujan with Morgan Drexen would call me in 10 min. to provide the information I was seeking. More than an hour later Jenifer Rhomberg identifying her self as a 'paralegal' with Morgan Drexen called. As a side note, I called the Orange County Paralegal Association in the county Anaheim is located to discover she is not a member and that anyone can call them selves a paralegal regardles of training or employment.

This is how it went. After determining I was in debt approximately $7,000 on two credit cards with interest rates in excess of 20% and I am laied off making only minimum payments she offered a soulution to substantionaly reduce my outstanding debt and payment liability by at least half.

This sounded good to me. So, the next day Federal Express shows up with a fromal contract from the Law office of John Consadene in Media, PA. advising an 'Engagement' fee of $918.75 to be collected at the rate of $161. per month held in escrow before settlement payments to my creditors would commence.

OK, it gets better. He wanted attached to a signed contract my voided bank account check with both routing and account #'s for 'Automated Check Handling' obligating me to immediate payments on a contract calculated to reduce my debt by $1,204 over 36 months. Bear in mind, this contract was absent the names, acct. #'s or amounts owed to my two credit card companies let alone specific individual settlement figures or any thing else. All I had to do was authorize immediate $161. a month installments.

Examining this contract in detail I would be agreeing to clause 7, 'Fees, Costs, and Expenses'.
A. Engagement Fee: $918.75 (see above)
B. $10.00 per check handeling fee cut to each debtor monthly.
C. $15.00 fee for any ACH check cancelled by my bank.
D. $45.00 monthly administrative fee.
E. This is the killer. 25% fee of the difference between current amount
owed to creditors and negotiated settlement In my case calculated
to be $7,000 less 'anticipated' 1/2 or $3,500 multaplied by .25 equiling
$875.00.

I will spare you doing the math, but here are the net results. Take the paramaters above and work the numbers your self for $7,000.

Side note, item A: This fee lacked explicit explination. A debtor will, in my case, make almost 6 installments befor creditor payments begin. 36 months will transpire when my contract terminates, but creditor are not yet paid in full. What happins then? I live in a Wyoming jurisdiction with a contract governed by the laws of California from a lawyer in Pennsylvania. Oh deer!

B. $ 720. two checks per month for 36 months
C. 0. won't happin
D. 1,620. 45x36=1,620
E. 875. 7,000 (50%x7,000=3,500x25%) = 875
Total $3,215. this would appear per clause 7 to be total fees for 7,000.
3,500. settlement payments to creditors
Total $6,715.

My best numbers indicate creditors would receive $3,500. Morgan Drexen would collect $3,215. My debt would be reduced $285 over 3 years. Not $1,204.

However: Take $161 a month for 36 months and you get $5,796. Reduce this from 7,000 and you do get $1,204 net savings as stated in the contract, but in major variance with the stated 'Fee Schedule' in clause 7 of the contract.

What we have now are ultimate discrepencys leading to only two conclusions. The first being the Lawyers option to modify and ammend the contract as provided within clause 20. Doing so allows Morgan Drexen to modify in conformity of the 'Fee Schedule' and reduce savings from $1,204 to $285. The other inexcapable conclusion is that creditors will not receive what was setteled for and me the debtor will remain liable.

What Morgan Drexen actually is doing is sucking up a just debt owed to good faith credit extenders from debtors in a economic jamb. Only Morgan Drexen benefits from the plight of a good faith debtor. The creditor looses at least half. Morgan Drexen profits all most the remaining half and the poor debtor reduces their long term debt very little.

This contract is full of all kind of holes and completely uninforceable. But, who wants to get involved in what could be an extended legal battle requiring the debtor to retain their own expensive lawyer. Suffer the hastle with your bank trying to stop authorized withdrawls and then no doubt being attacked by collectors from Morgan Drexen. This is but the 'tip of an iceberg wrought with disaster'.

Should anyone doubt this experience with Morgan Drexen I will be happy to fax or mail copies of their contract.

I receive this call all the time.  I called 3 times and ask to be removed from their calling list.. they hang up.

I played their game, next call I gave them a fake name, told them I was in credit card debt, she put me on hold and told me the number I was calling from was not in their data base and hung up on me.

I will just keep calling them like they have called me.

-my- co is ATT, the caller is "calling from".. an ATT for "Matt Dungeworth."  I have also gotten the "Please press 1 to clear up yur credit" crap.  watch how you do it, if your TV program has someone say "1" it does count! Caller type pertaining to previous message, "collection agency" Debit Reliefe"you have been approved" and six months ago the pattern was "Your maxed out" or something, we "Checked the records, now you are approved for more credit!"(yea verily).  The harrasing woman who I spoke to claimed to be "looking" for someone in my home town, Norman, OK, she's also from Norman(per se).

Erin Windbottom or something id's herself via a phone message on my message machine "claiming' we have talked before, odviously a hoax!  I now have the greeting on my M-machine with "attention Erin "windbottom" and Richard Stanton this is Duzzy f*^% if you call again i'll screw your line! or some such rubbish now they just hang up on my messagge but still clutter it with the "hang up " recording.  I am damn sick of it enough to leave a threatening message greet for them and tell my contacts to ignor it.  I have had live callers too, one for "Matt Dungeworth" and the bi*** kept calling back(3x) after I told her not to and she just "tactfully" insisted this was this "Matt Dungworth'" Number and I told her to Fuzz a Duck(or something) and had to call the phone co, they nowdays, of course, don't give a crap.  I also signed up for do not call(.gov) and it does nothing.

These calls happen almost daily.  When I answer with the business greeting it is a recorded voice(sounds like a live person). It is for some type of debt consolidation saying "I think you said you have over $2,500.00 in credit card debt" and says to give him a "call" or better yet "press 1".  It never gives a number to "call".  When you press one some girl w/very broken english picks up and says "would you like to reduce your debt".  I told her that this was a business phone and to remove the number from their list.  They never did!!  And now when I ask for the name of the company she hangs up.  These calls come from 323-429-7508, 323-429-7568 and now they are coming from 323-429-7512.

RelefServ calls constantly and when I try to call them back to ask them to remove my name/number from the calling list, they hang up.

Same crap here! Since it was a computer, I tried pushing ### & ****** and then left my receiver off the hook trying to keep the circuit open thinking the computer would kick us out due to economics of too much time spent. Guess what? Then the computer called back and started going through the numbers in the internal phone system here! I would thump someone if I could just get to them.

they keep calling and every time i call and ask them to take us off our list or speak to a supervisor they hang up on me.  so annoying!!!  this is a business number!  when they do call i get a recording saying how they can help me reduce my debt...

Debt solutions calls several times a week to my cell phone. I have requested to their people to quit calling several times, and they just hang up when you ask but keep calling. I have called them back on their line and they hang up on you. This is harassing.

Calls everyday (on my work phone line) with a recorded message stating I have spoken to them in teh past an dtehy can help iwth a $1000 loan.  at end of message you have option to press 1 to speak to an agent, I hit one and when teh person answers they ask if you want to speak with an agent, each and everytime I say Put me on your do not call list an dthey hang up teh phone with no reply. They have called me over 100 times since I have asked to be on teh do not call list. I log each call and will be happy to file charges agianst this company!

My phone time isn't correct.  But I believe the message left behind belongs to this phone number.
(woman) Aaron Winguard with Debt Release Services & claims we've talked before & I wasn't ready at the time, but I wualify for an advance up to $1000 with 0% down.  Again stressed we've talked before.  Bull crap, I've never talked to anyone about reducing debt.

They call saying that they are some debt company.  Phone number: 3234297508 call id: Relefserv  It's a weekly thing.  I pick up and a message saying that they are some debt company, press 1 to contact customer support.  I do, and then I ask them to stop and they just hang up.  I return the call and same thing.  I'm considering submitting something to the FCT.  It's beyond annoyance.

Keeps calling my home. Have asked numerous times to remove me, I am on the National do not call list, and I finally got through when trying to call them back. Told them I had just reported them to the FCC. The are a "company" that says they are wanting to "help you reduce your debt"!

they call all the time & there is a recording of a guy talkin bout how we qualify for a relief loan or something to get out of debt. he keeps goin on about how i've spoken w/him & i need to call back or press 1 and i can talk to him. press one they said how can we help you i said will you please take me off your list...........then they hang up on u! god get a real f****n job!!!

Contact the California Attorney General (916) 445-9555.  With enough complaints this crap will get shut down.

They call my house. I ask to be placed on do not call. Click. I have also first said "please do not hang up on me" and the same...click. I would like to be removed from the list.

Call is a taped message from a subject purportedly representing a local bank advising the recipient that his loan has been approved and he needed to enter #1.  This is a fraud, hang up immediately.

Well they left a message for me the call back number is 1-866-250-3609 call them back and have some fun.

this number has been calling at all times of day as blocked id or not when i have answered its quiet on the other end they don't hang up.  It is annoying and bothersome if it is clocking times answered or not. creepy!!!

4/16/09  2:31pm.  Received call from 323-429-7508 asking if I owed money on my insurance????  NO and I asked who am I talking to, then they hung up.

I have the same problem!!!!!!!! I just got the same call and then they hung up on me when I said no, they refuse to put me on the no call list because they hang up before I can even say that!!!!! I want to know who these people are and why they think it is ok to herass people.
