keep a log of all calls
Get the name of the callers that you tell to put you on their do not call list.  

Since they never stop - the more information you can provide in your complaint the better.  

Even if you are not on the DO NOT CALL list - they are required by law to add you to theirs when instructed to do so.  
You can record the calls too, you just need to find out your state laws about whether or not you have to disclose that you are recording or not.  Some states require that you tell them. others do not.  

More than likely - this is a scam - Crooks don't follow the DO NOT CALL LAWS.  And most debt solutions companies are ripoffs
