They are blowing me up too! They call a few times a day actually. You say pay your bill but I do not have a bill. My business has to pay for our phones upfront before they can go to print because our business is what they call a high risk category. It probably wouldn't be so high risk if they didn't charge quadruple what they charge other businesses. And this is the truth! So why am I getting blown up? Seriously!

Claims I have a yellowbooks account and it's delinquent.  Why would I have a yellowbooks account?  You mean the old yellow pages where businesses used to advertise, back in the day when dinosaurs roamed the earth?  Get lost!

Yellowbook misapplied funds and paid the wrong account. They did not bill me for the account they paid in error. They also did not bill me for the account I had paid for because it was not due yet. When I finally recieved a bill, it was for the account I had paid. When they got all of THEIR BOOKWORK straightened out they tried to tell me I was overdue on the account they had misapplied the funds to ...then removed, making it over due. Remember they had NEVER billed me for that account, I had no idea I owed the money and paid it promptly when the bill came. They are saying I WAS LATE for THEIR ACCOUNTING ERROR. So don't give me crap about not paying my bill. Sometimes things are not as they seem.

Neither will I, with their exorbitant rates for a modest ad!

Unless the mistakes are "business critical", meaning you'll lose customers because of the mistakes (Wrong address, wrong phone number, etc) you will have to pay a portion of your bill, you can't decide not to pay any of it or they will send you to a collections agency, trust me.
