Left no message

Called at 3a.m. My brain said rage.  I would love to wrap me hands around the machine and slam it to the pavement...  More than once.

This was on my home phone.

Recieved calls on cell, my brother gets same calls, same day, same time of day.
Oddly enough we have the same service provider, AT&T!  Not family lines even, but separate accounts.

They did not talk to me! they just hung up on me!

Difficult for my cable bill to go up since I don't have one.

Got a call from 323-429-7536. Don't know who they are. I always check the internet before calling an unknown #. When I discover that it's a telemarketer I add them to my phone list in my cell phone as Don't, or NO, or Telemarketer so I won't answer it. Answering these calls only confirms you are a valid #. The do not call list is another Government failure. Makes me wonder how much the tax paying citizens are paying for it's poor operation.

This person keeps calling me and I tell him to stop calling yet they don't stop.

keep getting calls from this number. have called back and followed instructions to have phone number removed. still getting the calls

Have just begun to receive calls from this number.  Thanks to this site, I'll make it a point not to answer.

Just received a call, no message left, on my cell phone.  Nov. 3, 2008 @ 3:53 p.m.

The no call list simply does not work. I have had my home phone and both mine and my wife's cell phone on this list since it's inception several years ago. We still receive on average 3 to 7 calls per week from scam artists, tele marketers etc etc. It simply does not work. When these (replace with your own expletive here) people call i keep them on the phone and harass them for their home phone #. When they ask why i tell them so i can interrupt their family time seeing as they have no problem interrupting mine. Some of them have been very interesting...lol or when its a number i don't recognize i answer it as "Happy Guy Chinese Food....take out and delivery" that usually leads to me leading them down some crazy path. You should try it yourself it can be fun to torment these people. Whats even more fun is to get them thinking your going top buy the crap they're trying to hock on you and then just as they are trying to close tell them "you know what i'd rather dip my eyeballs in battery acid than buy that..." wait for their response and then hang up....ahh so much fun with these losers.

Thank you for the national do not call registry #. Hopefully that will eliminate future calls on my cell phone.

This company continues to call my cell phone, and if you manage to get put on their do not call list the next call will not only come from a different number but a different state as well! Very annoying and has eaten up a major portion of my minutes that I pay for.

Also recd this call on my cell earlier this evening and did not answer...no msg left.

I just received a call - didn't answer.  Called the number (so I could try some new cuss words out) but got a message (of course).  by the by, I am not on a 'pay as you go' plan.  I am hooked up via AT&T on one of their 'family' plans.

I recieved a call from this number while at work. I called back on my work phone and got a message that said if I had received the call in error then I could be taken off of the call list - that they typically call work numbers or corporations. Just push 1 to get taken off the call list.

I have received this several times as well on my cell phone! I never answer it. I just registered my cell phone on a DO NOT CALL LIST but I think it takes a little time for it to go through.

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone:
888-382-1222.
It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your
time. It blocks your number for five (5) years. You must call from the
cell phone number you want to have blocked. You cannot call from a
different phone number.
HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS... It takes about 20
seconds.

What the heck is up with satellite dish companies calling cells?  I honestly get at least one a day on my cell.  What can we do about this?  There has to be some organization to report this to.

Yep, this number just showed up on my cell. Answered it and the recording offered a free TV.  I hung up.  BTW, my cell is a Virgin Mobile pay-as-you-go cell -- I mention this just to see if it's common.
