1. On 11/14/2012 I called the number, after blocking my phone
# 1st via *82.
The phone rang at least 10 times, no answer. I hung up.
2. If I answer phone, I get recorded female voice message
(in short):
"Because of new govt laws you may qualify for a home
remodeling loan" (etc)
ID THEFT SCAM or TELEMARKETING SCAM!!!
3. Calls are 2-4 x weekly. If caller gets my answering machine:
Caller does not leave message, but ties up my machine due
to open phone line so I get "if you want to make a call,
please hang up and call again"
(feedback from phone company to open line).
I have made several online complaints on this caller to complained of "DO NOT CALL" list violation, online at:

If I had a nickel for every time I've gotten a call from 323-450-XXXX...
As with all the other 323-450-XXXX calls, the caller ID said "California" which in my experience is how many cell phones come up. I wonder if this is from a land line or cell?
They called today at 9:46 am. I was on the phone with another call so I did not answer it. I report all these to the FTC and the FCC -- FOR WHAT? It makes no difference!

I did not answer the call. When I called back I got an electronic sound like numbers being dialed quickly and then a young male voice answered.
