I just received the same call as bry did.  said exactly the same thing. Contacted the police and they said it was a scam.  I am having someone call back and tell them they gave me a heart attack and I died and they want to know who is responsible for my death.  I doubt if it scares them . LOL

I just recieved the same type of message - she stated her name was Officer Lynn Taylor and told me that she could get me from being arrested if I went into the "gateway" program and paid a fine of $3,800.00.   I happen to work in a place that I have access to a few police officers and confirmed with 2 different departments, that this was most likely one of the new scams going on.

Have no fear - my wife got the same call from the same phone number a few minutes ago. She called the number back and got a very oriental lady answering phone and claiming to be the FDA. A total scam.

She said her name was Officer Lynn and was with the FDA and had confiscated a package and that they had issued a search warrant for my arrest.  She said they had officers in my zip code that would be here today to arrest me.  She asked if I had an attorney and that I will have to hire one and that I am looking at 5 years in a federal prison.  The address she had was my old work address from two years ago.  Thinking it is a scam, who warns you that they are coming to arrest you??

They said they are with the FDA and had intercepted a "package", they would issue a warrant to search my house and could issue a warrant for my arrest WTF. The last thing I ordered was a coat from Banana Republic. I am tempted to call back and tell her I will report her to the REAl FDA. anyone else get something like this?????
