There has been Dan Froster, which has called me from 232-521-3131, 312-604-7176 and the last one was from 707-561-3391.  Than also the has a person who called himself sargent John Marsh at this number 770-217-1842.  They both told me if I didn't pay the money they would have sheriff come to my place of work and arrest me and transport me to California or New York.

I received a voicemail at 7:15 am this morning. The man on the other line had a foreign accent and told me to contact my attorney to let him know that I am being sued by the state of california. I was told to go to a CVS or riteaid to purchase a green dot money pack for the amount of $475.09 and do this in a matter of 45 minutes. If this was not done, I will be notified by the local authorities to when I will be arrested and sent to California to serve time behind bars.

My son received a call from a man by the name of Dan Foster with a foreign accent.  He told my son he still owed some cash advance place 480.00 and that if he did not make payments in 30 minutes, he would have him arrested and transported to California to serve time and he would be out of a job.

First off, he paid this loan.  Secondly, you cannot legally make this threat to anyone here in the US regardless whether your represent yourself or a collection agency.

These guys ripped me off bad. Only reason they got me was cause I had just woken up, and not thinking. If they do get you like they got me, please fill out a police report. If you find out who and where he is, please tell me. I have a giant beat down these jerks have earned.

this people are scam and fraud they called and that if u dont pay the money u will be arrested they tell u to send the money by a card and then call u and say it was denied increase the amount and if u dont pay u will get arrested.they call from 1911 like if they are the police but they are not.people please be careful dont fall on it like i did first go to ur local precint and make a report.he needs to be trap down.

This is a group of scam artists that lie and say you are being sued and trump up a false charges on you saying you didn't pay a certain bill and will be sued. They use a real lawyers name David Cooper lic#190203, I spoke to the real David Cooper and he said they use his name all the time to scare people and try to scam them for money! They use 3 different numbers on me so I am sure they have dozens of more lines to harass people.

Called and threatened my bf with warrant for arrest (while impersonating an federal agent), on both his home and work phone, for taking out a $60,000 payday loan. Paid off his $600 payday loan 2 years ago. I called the number from a different line and they called back after I hung up. I asked where they were calling from and they said Attorney Russell Miller's office. There were obviously a lot of other callers in the background and the phone cut off a lot. They are overseas routing through this number. We are filing a report at ic3.gov, contacting our and California's states attorneys, contacting Attorney Miller of California and contacting the LA non-emergency police department. This is a complete fraud.
