They described themselves as "Locksmith Trading" or something like that.
They called me offering to trade their "automated system". Since I do not believe in automated trading systems, I told them that I am not interested. They hung up very abruptly after that. Not even a "bye".
I wonder where they got my info.

This company is bullshiz and claims 7% gains per month in investment returns.  I wasn't born yesterday- If I made 7% a month I would never need to solicit public money.  Company is called Luxman Trading Concepts.  People involved in the company (not sure if they use their real names) are:
Andy Luxman, James Kennedy, Oscar Stone, Alan Gardner.  The companys has a listed phone number of 866-924-3617.   BEWARE!!!!!

The 323 area codes are not calling me anymore-I suspect they have a call center with up to 50 phone lines- which means you could be called from many 323 area code #s from the same people. They were (so far) true to their word about removing my number from their calling list.  I have read a few blogs of people filing complaints with the CFTC and NFA and other regulatory agencies against this company's calling practices and possibly investment claims.

As far as my previous "Scam" posting about this Luxman Trading Concepts, That may be a little misworded by using "Scam" and this is only MY personal opinion because I know quite a few people in the trading and investment business and they all laugh when I tell them someone called claiming they can get you a 7% per month return.  We all learned from Bernie Madoff.  If you check out the Luxman Trading Concepts website, you will clearly see a disclaimer that shows they can not guarantee investment results and that you are definitely at risk of losing money- because nobody can predict the trading future. Sure money can be made- but again- If I had a system that made that kind of money- I would keep it to myself.

As far as who these phone numbers are listed to- I did extensive investigating and it seems they are all listed to the same company- coming up as "Trading" with no address I could find, accept a few that came up owned by "M Vasquez" - who's address I won't publish- you can easily find that info yourself. I wonder if that is the same M Vasquez that people have been talking about on various trading websites, one of which says "One thing about this co is one of the director is Mitchell Vazquez who runs Global Capital Investment LLC, which has been shut down by CFTC/NFA. Could this company be a scam?" - you can read the blog here:

Anyhow- here is a list of numbers that I investigated and found them to be listed to almost the same phone numbers- 323-545-9142, 323-290-2192, 323-290-1186, 323-545-9243, 323-290-2192,  323-545-9109,  323-545-9220,  323-545-9241,  323-545-9226, 323-545-9109

Luxman Trading Concepts is a complete scam.  They say they have a trading system that generates 7% profit every month.  Well if this was true- why would they call me or you or anyone else?  They would keep all the money for themselves.  When I pressed the sales guy, "Oscar Stone" to send me proof that he was personally invested and actually making 7% (i.e. a monthly brokerage statement) - he hung up on me.  This same are code and # starting with (323)545-.... calls multiple times per day. "Andy Luxman" guy with New York accent- the supposed owner said he would have our number removed- but it has not been. To remove # you might try 866-924-3617

this area code call every day around the same time. Don't know where they got my # either. It's really annoying. Can some one disconnect their service?

It's an "investment" firm - they want you to buy gold or something, perhaps day-trade. Harmless annoyance, as long as you don't give them any money. Huge hint: if they were so smart, they'd be trading their OWN money, instead of trying to pry yours away from YOU. (Duh).
