Calling repeatedly, and when I said my husband wasn't home, he hung up on me.  Called back immediately, and either the line is busy, or no one answers the phone.  WTF?  And, I suspect this is not the first time he's called.  So, I'm starting my own retribution, and calling and calling and calling this number.  Pay back ~ ain't it great?!?  I suggest that ALL OF YOU that have posted complaints against this rude and obnoxious person start calling them 4 or 5 times a day(or more, if you're mad like I am), and let's see how he feels about receiving all these annoying phone calls.  Even if he won't pick up the phone, we'll tie up his line so he can't get an outside line.  Just think, if only 5 or 6 of you called a couple of times each day, THINK HOW ANNOYED HE'LL BECOME!!  Revenge ~ it's a beautiful thing!

Keeps calling me, hangs up if I answer.  Calling back, they don't answer

It is a shame our minutes are used for harassing phone calls, sellers not requested, or computers that hang up on us.  There needs some regulation on such items; I know people do not want government involvement, but maybe with it our costs would lower, pay go higher, benefits improve, and days not spent dealing with crude contacts.

daily I get a call from CTI (323)545-9513--if I answer they hang up--if it goes to voicemail it says something about an operator & hangs up

I answered the phone after 3 rings. No voice or sound on the other end. then go tdisconnected.

Been getting calls nearly every day.  Today the guy said his name was David King.  He said he was calling to find out if I still actively trade in the market.  I told him it is none of his business and hung up.  I tried to call back to tell them not to call.  Line busy.  I will file a complaint with the Do Not Call federal registry program.

They are nothing but scam artists and do***e bags.

He just called me a couple of minutes ago and hung up on me once I said my name to him.  Can't an authority prosecute this idiot.

got the call 3 times in 2 days, havent answered any yet, will report them to the Attorney General's office for violating the do not call list!

FYI ... CTI also stands for Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI)  ... This might be just a sick joke with regard to the telemarketer or they are using some sort of default setting within an automated dialing systems.  It is possible that the CTI has nothing to do with the calling company.

Just got a call from them ... I asked the caller to identify themselves.  They gave a name and indicated they were from California.  When they insisted they identify the reason for the call the just hung up.  CTI was on the caller ID.

I get the same calls. They will ring my wife's phone but hang up...then seconds latter my phone rings from the same number.

Same super slick salesman "CTI" asked if I wanted to invest in a guaranteed profit maker at a special introductory super discounted price. He asked my age, if I had liquid $10,000. I asked for a web site that I could get more information he gave me www.rofutures.com bogus of course.

Have some fun with him lead him on, the second you question him he will hang up. Don't give any of your real information, wast his time as much as you can and he may not call back.

This call is identified as CTI.  I stop answering their calls and have told them I was not interested, they keep calling.

Yeah, Riiiiiight. Was probably some type of scam. When I said "not interested" he hung up on me.

Today, I received 2 calls in quick succession and was hung up on both times.  I called the number back and the person who answered the phone was helpful.  He said he would remove our number from the automated dialer call list. If you do this, be sure they record your correct number as the number displaying on his end was not ours.
