Hung up when I answered. Thought It was a dropped call called back only got a busy signal

This phone number has now called twice this week.  Who are they?

Calls our home everyday...sometimes more. Ask for husband by name. Have asked to stop calling but they hang up or are very rude. Will not identify who they are. This has to stop!!!

They call and hung up. Who the hell is that make this call?

Another of many calls we have been receiving around dinner hour - the call, do not leave a message -- I have begin filing complaints with the DoNotCall.gov website as I believe these are "probing" calls for telemarketing firms because it seems when I do pickup, within days I begin receiving recorded message calls, which I am also reporting to the donotcall.gov website - I am tired of this crap.

RUDE!  My husband DETESTS telemarketers.  This a**hole was on speaker so hubby was able to hear him, when I asked him where he was calling from he said, quite pleased w/himself, Newport Beach.  I told him unless he would identify who he is & what he wants he's not getting to talk to hubby.  He asked me if I was his financial advisor & I said as a matter of fact we make all our financial decisions together, at which point the a**hole hung up.  Going to donotcall.gov to report this.

I've gotten this call and have never had students loans.  I know this may be an example but I don't have any bad debts either.

You should've told him that you didn't have a control problem, but he is calling your house and that you definitely had a right to know who was calling.  Then you should've told him that he must have a control problem because it seemed that when it came to the question of him answering what CTI was he was control the information...he didn't want to give it to you, that sounds controlling.  Wouldn't you say so?

Phone call came tonight again.  I aske who it was--he said 'Walter"  personal matter to discuss with my husband.  I asked who he was with he said CTI  I asked who CTI was-no answer.  Asked to speak to my husband again and I asked who CTI was.  no answer.  They "Walter" asked me if I had a control problem.  UGH.

5:55 pm EST - 27 Aug 2010 - Another in a string of these calls where they do not leave a message - I have begun both reporting a complaint to donotcall.gov website and blocking them on my caller ID.

I have been getting calls this past week from this number..
they asked for me by my first name...
I asked who was calling and they said Stanley from CTI....
and I said I am sorry who is this calling...and they were rude and said why does everyone answer by asking who it is....and then hung up on me.


Who is this?? this is kind of scary....

I, too!, have received many calls (daily!) from this same phone number and CTI reads out on my phone, but no one says anything... they just hang up!

everyday, constantly, I receive these calls and no one will speak.  They just hang up on me.  Im so sick of it.  Any clue what CTI is? I want to report them to the better business bureau.

asked for my husband and then hung up.  They were calling everyday and I never answered.  Tonight I picked up because I was expecting a call from my son and answered before I looked at id.  Asked for my husband who was not at home and they said they would call back.  We are on "do not call" list but that doesn't seem to matter any more.

Another call at 5:26 PM 12/3/09.  I answered after the 2nd ring, they hung up.  They call every other day now, always from 323-545- and then the last four digits will vary.  Doesn't do any good to answer.  Even if you do talk to someone, they will hang up on you if they don't get the person they want to talk to.  On previous calls, they always ask for my husband, and hang up on me if he's not available.  No use trying to call the phone number on the ID back either.  It's always either busy or no answer.  I'm going to stop answering the phone.  The last time it took a few weeks for them to stop calling but they finally did.  Hopefully, they will get the message this time and stop calling permanently.  I can dream, can't I?

My wife received a call from this number, they asked for me by first name, when she told them I was unavailable they hung up. They called again the next day leaving no message???

calls coming in several times a day, EVERY day!!!! have ask they do not call again. They do not leave a message. return calls do not go thru.
