How do I get him to stop calling????..I wont answer but he calls 2 times a week leaving the same message..been going on for 2 months

Received a voicemail from a Leonard Gilbert.  Caller ID was 323-549-9777, asked for me to call back at 9998.

The number (323)549-9998 and caller Leonard Gilbert is a debt collection agency called Westside Recovery Services, located at 6200 Wilshire Blvd., #1100; Los Angeles, California 90048.
If this guy is harrassing you with phone calls, contact one of those lawyers that sue harrassing/threatening debt collectors. Then THEY end up paying YOU!

Funny...his daughter is in his employ too...She (Dana Gilbert) left me a message too....guess i should pay my Doctor ...hmm.

he buys old depts that Dr. were to be paid only if there was a settelment. and still trys to collect. that tags your cret.. Very mean man. will call and call even when he has no right to.

I got a call from a guy named Leonard Gilbert.  He sounded like he knew me...but I don't know him.  Obviously he is someone who is working as a collection agency.  Collections!!! Can someone find out if he has paid all of his debts?  What's his home address or cell phone number so we can do some research on this man.

Yeah I got the call as well at the b****rack of dawn, and I never trust a number where they try to sound like they know you (first name) and don't at least tell you why they called and I really don't trust anyone who doesn't know not to call me that early (yes I even have my reccurring accounts notated not to call me that early for ANYTHING).  I don't know this guy from a hole in the ground, and don't have any desire to, since the previous posters make him sound like a scammer...

If he wants to talk to me he can leave a proper message.

I just got a call from "Leonard" too with no message except that he was calling about "the matter I spoke to you about last week." Funny, because I didn't speak to him, get a message from him, or from any other debt collection agency, and more to the point I don't owe anyone anything. I autopay all my bills and nothing is late or overdue (as far as I know, and surely someone would have told me if I was late with a bill before going to collections!). So is this for real? What kind of companies does "Leonard" represent? Interesting to know if I have ever done business with one of them!

Yep, got the same call from Leonard Gilbert. 323-549-9998. He is a collector for collection agency.
