I got another call from Joseph Henry for the law offices of Jamie Moron in reference to a criminal case against which as been filed against my name and in this case will be executed at the court house of California, Las Angelus county next week on Monday morning at 11:30am, so I need to hire a criminal lawyer and be present at the court house in order to prove this case. Also will there will be investigation in reaching at your resident and also at the present place of employment to issue office of subpoenas as a matter of fact you can be picked up for discharges in can be taken behind bars, for the next 30 days your name will be in criminal records your social will be in blackness and your job will be in danger and finally you need to be paying a very huge penalty charges up to $8,000.00 , as soon as you receive this message give a call at 323-647-4934 I repeat that's 323-647-4934 or else face the consciences with the courts

I also got a call from David miller strong accent, saying I'm going to jail to appear in court in California tomorrow and won't provide me with their address, I tried google them and nothing. Very rude people. They couldn't even spell their law firm lol.

they called me as well saying my name is being investigated in California and I better have my attorney call them because they are going to court to file a lawsuit and put me in jail tomorrow

I blocked my # and called back, they just said hello 3 times didnt confirmed a law firm, I did say can I talk to someone who actually speaks english because I cant understand who or what is this about and they just hung up laughing. Really! Total scam. Just dont anwser your phone.

they call me also saying I own a loan from 2009 I did get a loan in 2009 but it is paid off and I also get scammed in 2009 never again I told him to mail me the papers and I would get my attorney to look at it and if it was a legal document I would be in touch they think people here are stupid you may have fooled me once but never twice I hope they go to jail

A Joseph Henry or something that sounds like that left me a similar msg about $8,000. He said the was just filed in California & I would need to be there on Monday w/my criminal attorney ir go to jail & lose my job. i got same call as well. I never to a loan out from insta cash. I think this is a SCAM
