I had the same thing about 1222 today.  I called it back and was told that I was going to be picked up and taken to court also. He kept putting me on hold and did not come back, so I called him back again and he would not give any info.   He would only say that works at a crime office.  I personally work in collections and will say that he broke ever FDCPA law and state law.  I did a reverse search on the number and it comes up with a address in LA.  I have called my local pd and they tried to call and they hung up on them so I called LAPD.  I am currently waiting for a call back from them.

I am sick and tired of agencies getting individuals numbers and names and pulling this sort of crap. It is ridiculous that any person has to be subjected to this kind of harrassment. I will also report them to the Attorney General's Office for investigations. I have had all I am going to take!!!
I hope by chance they are reading these blogs...because I am on a head hunting mission now and I am not some run of the mill "chic" who does not know how to excercise my rights....

This company called me at work and left a message for me to call them. Claiming to be a law firm of Williams And Scott or scoff not sure. When I called they verified info known only to me. I did not agree to the info. They then proceeded to name 2 of my coworkers. They said I would be picked up at work Monday morning. They said that my coworkers were also being charged with the same charges. They were check fraud, Loan fraud, and grand theft. Shock! I told him that my identity had been stolen. He said take it up with my lawyer and don't argue with him. How rude! My husband reversed the # and look what I have found. We contacted the police right then they will be forwarding this to investigations for further review. By any chance do any of you work for a fast food chain?

any news about this company i when to a lawyer and he told me that they are not allow to thretend you.

I received a call from this number at 6:30 am. I had this happen before. I called them back and told them that they had broken all the fair collection laws on the books and that I would be happy to pay a debt owed by me, this was not one by the way, but they could no longer call me.  all future contact must be by US mail.  Two more threatening calls came in threatening to take my mother and sister to jail.  I quit answering and finally the calls stopped.

Just got a call.  He threatend me and started yelling at me.  I asked him who I owed.  He gave some jibberish about a payday loan that was wired into my account - which has never happened.  And they couldn't collect from me.  He said that they were coming to my job and give me some papers, and then I would be immediately arrested at my job.  He also mentioned 2 references would also be arrested.  It appears that if you ever get on line to start an appl and don't complete it, they capture your information anyway....So do not complete any personal information.   Then after they come to my job, my legal department would send me to jail.  He definitely needs to be stopped.  They are big scammers and threatening people at work is the #1 no no for a collection agency.....If anyone can get to him or his group of parties involved, they need to.  He also started screaming at me because I couldn't understand his broken accent so he had to repeat himself, then started screaming.   What a big scam artist!!!   Let's stop them!

I too am receiving calls on my cell and work phones, I have also taking out payday loans before but do not owe anything. He calls himself Zack Conners. He could not give me any info as to who I supposedly owe 658 dollars too. He stated if I did not fax him a copy of my license and a credit card number to pay by he would have the sheriff arrest me. Well bring it on. Well he just called again as I am typing this and it showed up as 102 on my caller id....has been showing up as unknown. Such a jerk,,,,why do people do this crap? I am calling the LAPD.

Please post if you get any headway with this guy.  I too am now recieving phone calls from him/them, as well as my employer.  They cannot give me any information as to why or what other than they are representing some lawyer and that I owe over 900 dollars.  I have taken out payday loans before.  I contacted those that I have used and they have no idea who this guy is and that I have no money owed to any of them.  Somehow got my personal info from the internet.  Please, if you have found a solution to this idiot, let me know.  Thank you.

This idiot from this 323-798-1509 just called me on my job.  When I called him back, I was on the phone for 20 mins talking to this complete idiot.  First he wouldn't give any information about who the company is, I asked him to fax the information to me, he said he couldn't because he doesn't know if it's really me??
He also said that a team of officers was going to pick me up and take me to court, REALLY?  I don't know what script he is reading from, but whoever trained him, needs to revise their manuel because he is a complete idiot to believe that a team of officers are going to pick me up and take me to court.  I asked what is the case number and he couldn't tell me, he wouldn't give me any information regarding the company in question.  Hey stupid, if you're gonna make threatening phone calls, please have all the information needed before you call me with this BS.  I'm going to report them to LAPD.

He called me yesterday and today at the same times telling me i am going to jail and will be picked up from my house or work place. He called himself "John Smith" what an a**!

This guy used James Thomas on me and I told him I would personally come to LA and take care of him if he threatens me again, this guy calls about once every 2 to 3 months, must be getting lists from someone.  What a jerk, first off can't speak english very well, seems like he is about 5 feet tall, what a do***e bag, he also used the name Greg when he first answered and said I would be arrested in 24 hrs.
Hope he can come get me out of surgery.  Lets stop this idiot.

Got the same call this guy is definitely a piece of work.

I have received similar calls from this Jimmy Santana guy as well for the past two days.  He has threatened physical violence to me, my partner, and my friends as well as having me arrested if I do not pay up.  I do not know who he is or who he represents.  He was extremely rude the office staff at my work after he was told not to call.

Btw Chad, I am Jim's wife. I looked and the address appears to be 6600 Orange St in LA, CA 90048. In looking at Google maps, it appears that this address is an apartment or duplex.

Some one claiming I had signed up for an online loan and did not pay and the authorities would be at my job Monday to pick me up. I don't even have a bank account to apply for an online loan! He used the name Jim Santana and had called me at work as well as home and cell numbers, I asked to speak with his supvisor-he was very rude and hung up on me several times. He would not give me the name of a company-he would just hang up. Did the same thing to my wife several times.

Those idiots just called my job about 30 times threating me.  They asked for my supervisor.  When my supervisor got on the line, they then use horrible profanity.  They kept calling back to back calling whoever answered the phone a Mother F!!  They have got to be stopped.

I JUST GOT THE SAME MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING HE WAS RYAN CRUZ SUPERVISOR KENNETH FORRESTOR AND A OFFICER IN MY WARD WILL COME TO ARREST ME WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR. FBI DO SOMETHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. PEOPLE ARE CRAZY AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO.

These no speaking English folks called me at my job more than one time (due to the fact I kept hanging up the phone on them), talking about I took money from some company and that I refuse to give it back and within the next hour their legal team was going to come and serve me paperwork and arrest me! LMAO!! Whatever....I told them to bring it on! If they give you a number to call back....don't! Now I am about to report them to the FBI.

I got a call from this number saying if I didn't return the call that their Legal Office was going to come to my work and take me away.
