I am in the middle of a billing dispute with this company, they upgraded a hosting account telling me there was no difference in the price (from 7.95/mo paying a year at a time to a 49.95/mo accout billing for 3 years). I was on hold for over 30 minutes and was told another department handled cancellations and they had no incoming phone number. Better Business Bureau of LA is my next contact.

This is the main office for Global Internet Solutions (http://www.gisol.com), a crappy web hosting service provider. I had a billing dispute with them for four months which finally led me to this number. I had to call 10-15 times before anyone even picked up. I'm pretty sure it's just someone's house.
