It's a scam, the guy will give you a stolen CC number, you will then have to pay the " freight company " with e wire or money order. The freight company is a fake front for the guy, so you get stuck with a charge back on the stolen CC and out the money you send to the freight company.

Do not respond or contact the person, contact your local police dept to report the attempted fraud.

The guy wants equipment to ship to France and will pay with credit card and have me pay freight company with money from the card.
