It's a scam. They will explain how you were awarded grant money, ask a couple of stupid questions to make it appear legit. legit to someone who doesn't know any better. And then ask to charge a $1.92 to an account they will deposit the grant money! TOTAL FRAUD. I hate to think that some desperate person is going to fall for this.

This number calls me and says they are from American financial and only refers to me by my first name, states that they are returning my call from an application that I submitted requesting "Adance money", well I have filled out no such application, and I told them that, they proceeded to tell me that I must have forgot. What a joke, I ain't rich but I certainly am not broke enough to need an advance
