Robin, have you not figured it out yet, these people are scammers, they are a fraud. There never was a loan, never.I cant believe you sent them any money, then continued to send them money. Little hint here, they are from Nigeria, they use a magik jack phone, that's why they have American phone numbers, but they are in Africa, in the country of Nigeria.Another advice for you, people that loan money can never ask for a upfront free. You will never see your money back in your hands, it is gone. Don't be so gullable, if it sounds to good to be true, then it aint true..Sorry for your bad luck though, these idiots prey on vunerable people

There can only be a judgement against you if a Judge ordered it so. Court cases are a matter of public record. A quick call to your City, or State court office will tell you if there was ever a case involving you. Being told something, without doing your due diligence, does not make it so.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

It has been over a year since this alleged Mark Becker contacted me.  Since then I have had several companies claim that I owe them money and I have received e-mails from companies that say the loan was denied because I already had a loan with them and they wanted their money back.  I never got a loan from these people and I never applied for a loan.  This all seems to be done when you apply for something on line and this Mark Becker and his co-conspirators will try to sweet talking to you to get them to give you more money with a promise of a loan.

The last phone call I got from one of Mr. Becker's co-workers calling me at 6:30 in the morning saying that I promised that I would send them $250.00 on a certain day and I hadn't called them back with the money pak number.  This was in December, 2012.  I told him I didn't want the loan and to give me back my money.  I was told that unless I pay like a $500 cancellation fee, they would not return it to me.  I told  him if you had the legal right to charge me a cancellation fee, it had to be taken out of the money that I had already sent them.  This guy (I think his name was Eric).  He then told me that unless I paid the cancellation fee, they were keeping my money and sending it charity.  When I told him he can't give it to charity unless I give him permission in writing.  He hung up me.  I believe the charity was this employee's paycheck.  They needed money to get paid and they will come up with any kind of so called valid excuse to get paid with a promise to get the money within the hour.

If anyone can, if these people call you, try to get all of the information on this company and file a complaint with the ftc and I would like to have the information too.  But under no circumstances send any money to these people as they will not give you a loan, they will just keep the money which I believe for themselves.

Kinda feel frustrated Mark Becker calls my phone saying he is from FTC asking me to pay $271 of a debt that makes no sense. Thats been paid 2 years ago. Reality cant understand what he says half the time, because he sounds real Indian right their I know it was a scam. But I really cant get over the fact, I have a loan company call me (Ace Cash Express) asking me to send them money for loan using a Green dot money pak card to receive a loan from them. Thats a big scam. Only a legal pawn shop dealer would give you loan, without asking you for money first. Please submit comments and suggestions of this matter.

It has been over two months since I received the first call from Mr. Becker.  Two days ago, I called him and demanded my money back and he said he doesn't have it.  When I asked where it was, he wouldn't tell me.  I toldl him that he could not by law keep my money and I demanded it back immediately.  He started cussing at me and called me a liar and any nasty thing he could call me.  I told him he was being recorded and he didn't care.

I have also found out this number belongs to YMax Communications Corporation and I have notified them of what is going on.  I have told them want to press criminal charges against Mr. Becker.  I will let you know if I get anywhere.

These people for this phone number now won't even talk to you.  They are not even answering the phones and not returning the phone calls.  I have reported them to the ftc and hopefully they will catch these people. If anyone gets a phone call from these people, hang up on them as they will try to sweet talking you to say that they need money for some other reason.  The last thing that they told me was that the money that I paid went to my social security payment that I owed.  When I told them I don't pay into social security number they hung up on me.  The last time I talked to Mark Becker he told me that I agreed to send him another $250 on the 9th for a processing fee. I told him he was lying and demanded my money back.  I really hope they catch these people.

The problem with calling the police is we are not sure we they actually is. I filed a complaint with the FTC a couple of weeks ago and they even though the phone number they are calling from is from Texas, that doesn't mean that is where they actually are.  You should file a complaint with the FTC on this.  If I hear anything more on this complaint, I will send a reply to you.

This company never gave me the loan even though t;hey were given over nine hundred dollars.  When I told them to cancel the loan, they told me it would cost another $125.00 cancellation fee.  I told them that they were not entitled to a cancellation fee when they breached the contract.  On Monday, October 22, I tried to cancel this again and they told me it would be another $185.00 cancerllation fee.  I told him he was nuts.  Mr. Mark Becker from this company is the only one I can really talk to.  This morning, I got a phone call from Mr. Mark Becker from phone number 325-754-8601.  There is no other number that I can talk to.  Today, Mr. Becker told me that I have to pay by western union another $200.  I again told me he was nuts and he was a fraud and scammer.  I asked Mr. Becker for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor and he was the only one I could talk to.  The final thing he told me is he was not returning my money even if I was to send him another $200 western union.  Mr. Becker and his company take money under false pretenses and if this will help anyone it would be great.  I am unable to understand what the name of the company is.

On September 28th, I was approved for an unsecured loan for up to $3,000.00.  After giving several dollars on money pak card and three weeks later, they have my money and I have none  They will not take responsibility for their actions.
