Suggestion,

If cell, where you can, save no to contacts and set ring tone to "no ring".  Never answer and they will eventually give up.  Most important, never talk to them!  With it set to "no ring" you are never bothered by them.  As you get additional calls from them, add as additional no. - cell, office, home and even fax, ever how many choices your contact system has, then start a new one on them if too many numbers.  
Put a "Z" in front of name so these collection numbers are at the end of your contacts list out of your way.

They keep calling my number even  though I have told them they have the wrong number.
I told them to stop calling but they pay no attention.

Got a call and message from Mr. Rubell who fell in the well!  Never answer unless you know the caller - you would have to be an a***ole to do this type of work and to work in Ohio's outback too!

Called 3 times back to back w/in a 5 minute time period. No idea who it is.

I have done phone searches, this is Glocal Credit and Collections. They call from the following phone numbers (330) 232-9169 and (208) 649-3241. They are vultures. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating. I am also reporting them to the Attorney General's office and the FTC. You have rights and they are a great violator of the Fair Credit Act; demand your rights.

This company - Global - has repeatedly call my telephone number about some outstanding debt with Capital One after being told they have the WRONG person. They have left threatening messages about their final process, which never seem to happen. Another telephone number used is by this company is 208 649-3241.
I have told the callers I have never had an account with Capital One - and - that there is not a person named Glen at my telephone number.

recorded message will not state who he is or why he is calling....very persistant

These people call all the time!

They are also using another phone number: 866-915-5209.

The man is always leaving threatening messages that they will continue to call until the matter is resolved.

1. He never says who he is looking for.
2. Never states what the "matter" is that needs to be resolves.
