Just got a call from this number, an automated message about check fraud being linked to my account and driver's license. They left an 800 number for callback. Definitely a scam as I don't even use my checkbook!!!!!!

This number has called me repeatedly to leave a voice recording that say's "I am a check fraud investigator, your phone number and s.s. # have been linked to a bad check." They started with a 1-800 number and now they are calling me from local numbers (NOT VERY CLEVER SCAMMERS)! I do not write bad checks and I am getting to the point where my lawyer is contacting the FBI and other branches of government to stop this. I would love to personally stop this by going to the location of this scam number, but I would go to prison, even though I AM BEING HARASSED! Only in this downward spiral of a country would it be legal for shady cell phone companies to sell cell phone numbers for harassment. Only in America! Please CHINA take over all ready!

This company called me told me I was going to go to jail over a debt that was owed. Three different people told me three different companies that i owed and was going to jail over. Asked if they were scammers, dude said WTF and hung up. They are looking to steal your identity, do not give them any information. We called the police and reported them.
