Called, put me on hold for two minutes, then asked for someone I've never heard of and got irritated with me when I told them they had a wrong number. Grrr.

Caller ID says GE Money, calls non-stop - and never leaves a message. If this is a collection call - is that legal for them to do that? Isn't it harrassment?
