thats illegal  send them a certified registered letter telling them not to contact you by phone again.
If they do after signing nfor the letter they can be sued for damages

Got a call from this yutz yesterday.  First I was told to borrow the money!!!!  Hello, I already told you that I am not working and can prove that I am trying.  I offered them an arrangement, (they hire me and after 6 months, they can takes $100 a pay from me)  I got laughed at. Then he threatened litigation. I told him to lose this number.  As far as I know, a credit collection company can not do that.

This is NOT a county Credit agency - no such entity exists.  This is CENTRALIZED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Canton, OH and their toll free # is 800-261-6120.  They put a charge on my credit report for over $600.00.  I haven't been to a doctor in more than three and a half years, so I don't know how they can do this.  They won't tty unless you give them your ssn, and i'm not giving my ssn to ANYONE over the phone.  They don't provide an acct # on the credit report concerning what it is related to or anything.  The website states it is owned by a former NAVY VETERAN.  SHAME ON YOU, you piece of SCUM.

You have the right to call them and tell them you no longer want them to call.  They have to, by law, remove you from their calling list and contact you by mail only.

A few times they've called.  It goes to my answering machine.  It says after a 3 sec pause that by not hanging up I'm aknowledging myself as this person they're seeking.  Really?.  They now call themselves the Centralized Business Solutions.

I have answered the phone when they called, they will not tell me their name, they say they have business and i need to pay them.. I want it to stop, If they dont tell me who they are i am certainly not going to give them money.. They told me that the debt was from several years ago.. If that is the case, I know that the statute of limitations is up,, I know i have no bad debt anymore.

Brian is a bully. He has been hounding me for a bill of 3000 dollars that my Medicare didn;t cover from a surgery that I had. . I have offered to pay back at a rate of 10 a month. I am on disability (SSD) and cannot afford any more than that. He told me that I was able to afford a phone so I should be able to pay 50 a month to them. I can't even afford all of my medications! When I told him that a relative pays for my cell phone he suggested that I borrow the money from that person. He also asked me if I was ever going to work again and how long I planned on being on disability.ARE YOU KIDDING ME????

Got a call from a woman who only identified herself as calling from 330-494-9494 - said it was important that I return the call - no reason as to why I should call back.

I get calls from these folks on my land line as well as my cell. And I know what the bill is for. It is medical. Had emergency surgery while laid off from work. Actually my unemployment ran out..then got sick.  IF you have medical bills the call the billing department of the hospital and ask if there are programs out there to assist you with the bill. My hospital bill has been completely covered (Over 1600.00) And now working on the Surgeon.

my only question is will they persist to call you or can you tell them not to bother you at that number any more? they are currently bothering my familey and not the number i am at

Got call from this number it's always automated. Way i look at it is if it's important buisness then i'd be speaking to a human not a machine. So it must not be that important. I get the calls like a dozen times a day i just don't answer it

Complete creeps! They start out slow. then 3 times a day. They are likes rocks. I went to a Dentist. I only had 22 teeth. He advised getting 26 pulled. How is that a qualified medical oppinon. The Dentist agreed to no payment in exchange for me not complaining. I got this in writing.
The Dentist waited a year and wrote it off. I get it taken care of then back it comes. I faxed the rocks to no advail.

I got the same call, but also didn't call back. I googled and found a web site that had an email to contact a person, and when I send them a message that I did not want to hear from them again I got it back as non deliverable. Ther web site looks legit.

Just received this number on my cell phone.  It left and 800# to call back on but it was cut off (I think it was 800-261-6120 but that number says its not available from my calling area?) I have no idea who or what this was about.

Received a call this morning from a man named Brian who identified himself as being from the Stark County Credit Bureau.  The call came up on my cell phone as "Restricted" so naturally I did not answer it.

"Brian" stated he was from the Stark County Credit Bureau and IMMEDIATELY I knew it was a credit collections attempt because living in Stark County I know that the county does NOT have it's own credit bureau and I've previously seen advertising for this company as a credit collections company.

He left me the number of 330-494-9494 Ext. 314 as his direct call back number.

They try to make it sound all official to scare people into calling them back; like "oh no the credit bureau called me, I better call them back to make sure someone isn't stealing my credit" so on and so forth.

I don't scare and I am not wasting my time calling them back.

I have a gazillion dollars of medical bills from last year when I broke my hip and had MRSA, that my insurance company refuses to pay.

Too Bad, so Sad for them.

I have gotten this call twice now and when I attempt to return the call I never get an answer. If this is the Stark County Credit they need to improve their professionalism and at the very least identify themselves when they call!!

I've been getting this call for a while, but it was only partial messages, but they won't identify themselves. I don't want them anymore.

Received this call also.  Asked that I return the call to 330-494-9494.  Did not return the call.  If they cannot tell me their name, they do not deserve the courtesy for a call-back.

Received a recorded call instructing me to call this number or an 800 number regarding business I had with them.  This number is for the Stark County Credit Bureau.  I called out of curiosity.  They asked what number I received the call to determine who they were trying to get a hold of.  They gave me the name of someone I've never heard of.  They said they would enter that the number is incorrect and apologized for me receiving the call.

a recorded message stating we had business with this company (did not say who) and we needed to return the call to get important information, i returned the call and there was no answer.  did not call the 800 number. we get a number of calls a week but sometimes someone else answers the phone and i didn't pay attention.  i am now.
