juat picked up a call form this number and the "person" was so obnoxious! I told her to remove my number from her list and she said she will keep calling until I tell her if I have any balances on my visa or mastercard! Who can I report this to?

This crappy outfit called me at 6:30 a.m. waking me up. Their phone number is going on my call blocking list on my phone right now!

Left message for my eligibility for reduced interest rates.
If you answer the call the automated voice supposedly gives you the option to remove your number, but I wouldn't do that as it validates that they have contacted a live person and will probably continue to call.
This is the last time this number will get through as I will block them with the Digitone Call Blocker. (Great device).
