Got a call also individual claiming to be relative then later needing money. This call was from 331-146-0222. Called relatives and found person he claimed to be was there. BEWARE

He did the exact same thing to me and I was dumb enough to fall for it he had me send him 300 to Mexico so this idiot is from Mexico that was money I was going to use to buy my kids food and pay bill now I can't even sleep just thinking about this a***ole that just ripped me off :( :( why did this have to happen to me

This guy called me in Spanish saying he was my cousin and was giving me a surprise.  This guy he was one of my cousins from outside California.  He then led me on to say the name of a cousin and where my cousin was from. First, he said he was calling me from Mexico.  Then, he said he was that cousin and that he was surprising me as he was coming by.  He said he was in a nearby city about an hour away.  He wanted my cell number.  He tried to get more information as to where I work and more.  He said he was stopping by but would call me again before stopping.  He called again forty five minutes later.  My wife answered and she hung up on the jerk.  We called the police.  Watch out for this scammer.

Recd call from this number saying he was a cousin...from Mexico..call keep getting cut off...and he would call back but know he was a fake caller cuz then he was referring to me that he was a nephew from Mexico...really  wired and awkward call...I didn't let him finish is conversation he was getting into that he need help...he wouldn't say his name so knew he was a fraud,....

This number called my grandma saying they were her nephew, she said she doesn't have nephews that speak Spanish then they hung up. Can't call it back because its disconnected. Ghost phone. Really annoying. If they want money, tell them to get a REAL JOB!

My mom received a phone call from a man saying he was a nephew from mexico ,and kept calling my mom by her first name. That he had gotten in a car crash.He was asking for help and as soon as my mom said "i can't help you" he started cusing and she hanged up. The best way is just ignoring and reporting it.

Native Spanish speaker phishing for information.  Told me he was an old friend traveling from Mexico and interested in stopping by for a visit.  He could not provide details of his persona, including first and last name.  I'm sure he was looking for an angle to scam/extort.  This on is a real a**.

I keep getting a grip of scam calls from this number and others. They usually claim to be looking for "Arturo", but its a ruse to get personal info out of you. Read Kevin Mitnick's "The Art of Deception". They are calling to get you to reveal all your personal info by tricking you into thinking that you need to tell them your Email, home address, internet IP, etc, in order to remove you from their list.

I like to play with them. I pretend to be a phone freak, Arturo's dog, or a gay sex chat line. Its hysterical how fast they get unprofessional! I had one woman (always the same voice) call me claiming to be from "Reliant".
