This is a scammer, beware.  A Spanish speaking woman called my elderly mother claiming to be a cousin.  The woman claimed to be stuck at the local airport because she had failed to declare  money that she had in her luggage.  The woman then told her that she needed $1700 to be released. The woman knew information such as the address.  At first my mother believed her. The woman passed the phone to an "official" who would give her the information so she can send money. The official asked her to send the money via western union to a person in Jalisco Mexico.  Please be careful with these people.  I have reported the to FTC and FBI
