And what do you think the FCC is going to do? "They called and ask for you by your first name?" MY God, that is a threat that the FBI should be called in to handle!!!!! I'm sure that the FCC will pass along the complaint to the NSA as well as DHS!

This person just called us and asked for me by my first name. Told him I didn't know him n hung up! Creepy, I'll call FCC and report it!

This person knew my first name and asked for me. When I told him I was the person he was asking for he tried pretending he was someone I knew and asked "you don't know who I am?". I said "no, and stop calling me" then hung up. I have had a similar experience with someone calling me in Spanish. I knew it was a scam so I pretended I didn't speak Spanish. So I'm assuming that is why they got this new person to call in English. Don't know what they want but it's creepy and you should just hang up.
