Getting calls from Dytel, Inc. Tru. using numbers 205/-623-1243, also 703/763-7847. Never answer their calls, when answering machine picks up they do not leave a message. How do I stop these calls?

I have received 23 calls from Dytel Inc.Tru and that is only in the last two months. I started logging them after they went on for a couple of months. They come from various numbers...1-731-506-4139,
1-901-881-7953, 1-205-623-1243, 1-865-686-6664, 1-256-585-6236,1-931-266-4191,1-923-822-5185,1-902-881-7953,1-615-942-2244,1-423-822-5185. Many of the numbers have repeated calls.
When I did get someone to answer one time...they represented themselves as "AM Vets" wanting a donation. I declined and asked them not to call back. That was on March 21, 2012 and I have received 5 more calls since then.

Getting calls from Dytel Inc, Tru using numbers 731-506-4139; 205-623-1234; 423-822-5185; 334-230-5725; 615-942-2244; 931-266-4191...these calls been going on for at least 6 mos wanting money for breast cancel etc, . A month ago I told several of them NOT to Call, remove my number. Now they call, and when I answer, they hang up!
