I got the same phone call this morning saying he's from a Law Firm, if I don't pay the amount I owe I will be picked up by tomorrow morning at 11 am. Also, calling my working and saying he's from the Medford Police station and left a number for me to call. I call the police station and they said they have noone by that name that works there. The person's name is Danny Watson with this same phone number. Demanding I need to pay the whole amount or half and need to puchase a Net Spend reload pack voucher...When I'm trying to call that number and it's giving me a busy signal.

Received a call from an India  speaking dude that doesn't speak English well AND FROM ALABAMA, supposedly !!! Treating me that I was gonna b arrested for an outstanding loan .. Hmmmmm I have no outstanding loans .. Wanted money and after several questions asked by me.. Hung up .. SCAM !!!

I keep getting calls from this same number. They said they are having me arrested in the morning at my job. He has a foreign accent and said his name is John McCain

I just received a phone call from 334-316-2534 froma Adam West (hmmmm Batman himself) of an Indian accent.  I have had a few calls from BS companies such of this over the past several weeks & they have never gotten around to what they want from me, besides my Attorney's ph# & that I'm going to jail. A few weeks back, I actually went to my local police dept & filed a case #, just so I would have some sort of info to give these @ssholes who call & harrass me on my cell, home & work.  None of them seem to be interested in my case # nor my loca Police Dept phone #.  I tell them they are a trying to scam me & that I have already turned myself in at the locat Police Dept & they have no record of me up on anykind of warrant.  I'm told that I or my attorney would receive a copy of the legal document & then I come back w/I would receive an original not a copy.  Heck, I even offered up my company's FedEx or UPS acct# to have these so-called documents sent to me next day & no cost to them & they refused.  This is ridiculous that in this day & age, you can have companies operate like this & just think how many phone calls there jerkoffs must make in a given day.  If I ever get arrested, I'll be sure to let you all know......

I got a call from them today too saying that I was going to be picked up and sent to jail for 16 months.  Indian accents and the names I was given were Kevin Smith and Jason Brown from Anderson Law office.  Just spoke with the company I am working with to negotiate a payday loan settlement and they said to ignore the calls that it is a scam.  And the good luck sign off on the voice mails...really???

Me too don't worry they can't do anything. Even if you did have debt they couldn't do anything.

I got a call today telling me I was going to be pick up at home or work.

Holy s**t.  I just called again, and asked for Tom Cooper.  He got on the phone, and called me a mother*****...and hung up again...I don't understand this?  They call, and call...And they hang up on me.

This guy keeps calling me.  I've even called him back.  He hangs up on me.  I find it pretty funny.  He uses the name, Tom Cooper, yet he has an Indian accent.  His most recent message now states that I will be arrested and put behind bars...for 24 months.  Like I said, I've called him back, but they hang up on me.  This is such a scam.  Does anybody actually fall for this crap?

I am the HR Manager for a company.  This number called and asked for someone named Joseph, I said this is a business and I don't have anyone that works here by that name.  He said are you sure?  I said positive and hung up they called back again, and again and when they finally got someone else and asked for the same person she said that no one worked by that name and he said are you sure, she replied yes and he said well I want to  $%!@ you tomorrow night.  I called the number back it says I am not allowed to call that number.

just got home from work and got an urgent call from this number 334-316-2534. he stated that he wants me or my attorney of record to call. these people keep calling me from different numbers for the past 3 months. i am getting really irritated. he stated that if i didn't call that "he wishes me luck." i am still waiting for the police to show up at my work like the guy from tueday threatened. i am so tired of this crap.

This peerson is harrassing me on my job. Is there something that I can do to stop the harrassment?? Has a foreign sounding voice. State that I need to send payment to him through GreenDot Money Pak to hold the case.

I just received a call from this number and they threatened me that I owed a debt and that they were going to start legal actions against me for fraud. They threatened that I would be picked up from my job tomorrow morning. This had me worried. I told them I know nothing about this debt and could I see some paperwork and they told me no. I could get paperwork when the police pick me up.

These people are harassing me and calling me at my job. Please investigate this number.

Started receiving calls again from this number now, saying I'm going to be arrested if I don't take care of a debt. They couldnt even tell me who it was from! 3 months ago I received calls from a 916 area code claiming the same thing!! Big scam. Getting tired of them calling my work now too!!

you are totally right! these are scammers and losers who have nothing good to do with their life. the 1st time they called i told them i will not pay for something that i didnt owe. they used to call at my workplace even so i told our office to ignore them coz they are a JOKE!

You have absolutely nothing to worry about. These are just foreign frauds trying to scam you for money. You can NOT be arrested for debt. Not only are they using illegal threats, they're using ploys that are getting really old. Ignore them. They aren't worth the trouble to blow them up. They are insignificant weevils sitting in a stinking sweat shop trying to scam a few measly rupees for themselves. They are less than nothing!

The people who kept on calling me from this number doesnt even sound like they really speak english and represents themselves as police officer which i guess is ABSURD! And the whole criminal charge against me is only a scam coz i know my payday loans and i pay them. So the next time thus number calls me; i will be the one to threaten them to being sued for harassment and emotional distress! Dont believe this so called law firm coz its a scam!!!
