got a bill for 1.99  l call my phone company they gave me a credit

My husband got call from this number many time and he try to call back no answer but when the cell phone bill came we were chartered a lot

I receive my tmobile bill and noticed two calls made from number 767 275 9190 on January 20th 2014 the call lasted 1 minute each and I was charged on my tmobile bill 398 luckily I was credited for the amount when I spoke to T tmobile accoun.
I requested that my tmobile put a block on all unnecessary charges that I do not authoriz.
they agreed to put the block on my tmobile phone and assured me I would not receive any unwanted charges on any future bills.

767-275-9190 Found this number listed on my cell bill as an out going call that we didn't make, 1/22/14.  The call was also NOT received by us.  IT is a small charge, but I am not paying for a scammer.  Verizon to the rescue!

Did not answer the phone, rang twice then hung up. No message was left.

I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST. Why am I continuing to get calls from unknown numbers. Is the DO NOT CALL LIST a scam also?
If, as one post states, Verizon has been aware of the since 1999, why have they, as the providing service, not bloced this number YEARS AGE? TO PROTECT THEIR WELL PAYING CUSTOMERS?

This is a scam caller, just do a Google search on the number and you will see how many complaints are logged about it. I sure wish the phone companies would block this as there are so many reports of this.

The 10's of thousands of folks that have been taken advantage of by this scam (probably many more) can't all have a vacation coming up in Dominica (NOT the Dominican Republic). People that return calls to numbers seen on the caller id, with no message left are doopas! Do you remember the story about the cat, and it's curiosity? I feel sorry for people that have been cheated, but, more or less, they have created their own problems.

The Dominican Republic and Dominica are different countries.  (Only aware of this due to upcoming trip to DR.)

I have AT&T and they started calling my phone a few weeks ago.  Different variations, but I'm not picking up any "international" calls unless I am 100% sure of the caller.

You are wrong.  People return calls because they are curious.  The fault is 100% with the CRIMINAL SCAMMERS.  Plus, say you have a vacation coming up to the Dominican Republic, and you see Dominica.  You may think its the hotel, etc. calling.

Received call at 6:50PM...no message.  Odd.

Just got a hang up call from 767-275-9190 at 10:00 p.m.  Creepy!

Heard of these before -- they want you to call back, and put you on hold.  They bill you for the connect time like a 900 number... not sure if this is one of those, but guessing it is...

Got a call from this # at noon.  ID said "Dominica".  I answered, they hung up.

The number 767-275-9190 has called several times.  The last time was at MIDNIGHT my local time.  I have 3 small children and don't appreciate calls that time of night.  I sure hope this stops or legal action will be taken
