If everybody would just make sure you have no background noise going on then pick up before it goes to voice mail then hang up without saying a word, maybe the callers would think it's not a working number.  If you say "hello" or let your voice mail answer, then they KNOW it's a working number and you will be called over and over again.  This is what I've started doing and will continue to do with these kinds of calls.

I like to answer when it is a political poll. I enjoy answering their questions randomly, sometimes opposite of what I would normally say. If everyone would do this it would render their polls useless. My call blocking has been full for a while. I will have to erase some to make room for more or check around to see if there is one which will store more than 30 numbers.

I get so tired of all these poll calls or calls trying to get you to donate money to some charity. if I was rich I wouldn't mind helping but I don't have the money to even  donate $5 dollars. sometimes i think to myself why don't these people get in touch with   all those singers and other popular people that has zillions of money  to donate. and as for all those other calls  ,it  looks like when they see your not gonna answer the phone they would get the hint and stop calling after a while.it gets old hearing  your phone ring ever few minutes. I've even put name on the do not call list several times and that doesn't seem work to work.so what do I do to get them to stop.any advice would be appreciated.

Keep finding these calls on my Caller ID when I get home.
A voice says something, sounds like half a word. Totally unable to understand.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is buy a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

They have been calling since 1 am all morning up till 12 pm today

This is crazy...everyday it's at least 3-5 calls from these nuts!!!  This needs to stop.  I need to find out how to block them!!!!

Seems to be some sort of push poll about the GOP primary. Won't let up on the calls.
