This guy called me a f-ing retard. Obviously this clown must be extremely disturb! I hope he gets arrested soon. If given a chance, his face will get smashed. He is trying to solicit money for "the state troopers". He is obviously scamming people. Surely breaking both state and federal laws. Maybe he will call the attorney general's office or home. That might be a phone call that can get something done to this pile of #*?%.
