?? sick of them

They change telephone numbers and keep calling and leave voice message telling "warranty on my car is about to expire."
But I don't have a car. How can stop them?
Other numbers are 7637851554, 8188709114, 7704838406.

Ok, so I use two phones and call two of these scammers at a time.... I put the phones together so they hear each others' menus. The last call, each phone answerer got on at the same time and asked each other who they were and "why did you call?" "I didn't call, you called me"....; they each said.

I want these people would stop calling my cell phone. they call about 4 to 6 times a day in a 15 minute span. this is annoying and counting against my daytime minutes. I am paying the bill not them STOP USING UP MY MINUTES AND WASTEING MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!

They called me too.  I was in class so I didn't answer.  Did everyone start getting calls on feb 25th?

I got called on Feb 25, 2009 too. Definitely phishing. 1) I don't have a car in my name. 2) They don't even identify the car's make or model in their message.

Got a call from them this morning, 2/26 @ 8:30am. I didn't pick it up but found this page!

Just received a call from this number...fortunately I don't answer calls from unknown numbers (Thanks, Caller ID!).  But I googled it and found that this number belongs to Lamar Hardwick in Dothan, AL.  Hmmm...?

I just got a call from this number. I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it. Seems like all, and I do mean ALL, of these unidentified numbers (after research) end up being for car warranties.

Received calls from numbers like these for about the past month. Other numbers include 425-391-6476 and 804-20-3457. Just don't answer.

I don't like to be rude and use profanities, but it makes me rephrase the name and call those calling people Mr. HardDick... And it is not even funny that we get these calls on CELL phones! They didn't leave am essage, but it's annoying , I get them almost every day!!!

This is spam. I've actually spoken to these people. They told me that my warranty was almost up. I said "Really? My warranty is good for the life of my loan - 6 years"...the man started stuttering and didn't know what to say. Then he just hung up. That's how I knew it was a scam.

They just called me again today. It's very annoying.

Was just in auto mechanics class and the phone started ringing so i mashed buttons to make it stop and ended up answering for about 10 seconds. Called back later an got busy signal. Feb 26/ 09. What is this?

I receive a call from this number as well today.  No message.  I just ignore numbers that I do not recognize and google them.  100% of the time they are numbers about "Warraties".  I think I have pinpointed the cause of these calls for me.  I had the title to my car transferred in my name back in November 08.  I have not been to any dealer or repair shop.  That is about the time I started receiving strange numbers calling me.  I believe that the state (government) sold my information to these people.  Just like the government to stick it to you from all sides.  I cannot stand the government.

I get a call from this company the same time every day.....different numbers each time.....I'm sure the numbers are spoofed.....sure wish they'd hurry and make THAT illegal!  They're calling on my cell and costing me money for the minutes.....wonder if I sent them a bill for my time and minutes??????

i just got a call today, 2/26/09, from the 304 number that has been talked about. i googled it, like the previous posters said they had, and found the same info about this guy who lives in AL. I live in VA. wtf?

1)how do i get on the Do-Not-Call list?
2)and if i have been on the list for over 31 days, i can really sue them?

they called me lastnight and they even call my work phone sometimes. I HATE WHEN THEY CALL ME.

I doubt one of those company's shared your number.  I've never purchased a new car and the last three that I have purchased have been straight from the owners.  The called my cell phone, too, about an hour ago.  I was at work when they called.  I answered, pushed one to talk to an 'operator' and then the work phone rang as soon as she answered.  I asked her to hold and she was actually still there when I got back on the phone.  I told her (in a very rude voice) to take my number off of the list.  She very quickly said OK and hung the phone up.  Maybe they won't call back.... wasting my time and money!

Annoying call on my cell phone saying that my warranty is about to expire and press 1.  I don't have a warranty.  My car is ten years old and any warranty is worth more than the car.

got a call from this number too.  on 2/25 at 7 pm.  Didn't answer and the message the left was just silent and then they hung up.  How annoying.  How did they get my number anyways.  Someone needs to talk to Lamar Hardwick.

can't stand having this number show up on my cell. i pay the bill, why am i getting numbers that i haven't allowed?

theyeve been calling me also I search the number then the name THEN got the real lamar hardwick whos a preacher in georgia who was clueless to whats goin on  luckily I kept searching and found this site thanks to whoever put it up ans alotta questions and can now stop searching for the a$$wipe that keeps calling me
