334-756-7810 is a scammer trying to get control of your computer.  Make a game of it and see how long you can string him along.. They cannot stay in business if we take up all of their time. Do not execute anything he ask and provide no credible information.  Complain about how long it takes the computer to boot and have him wait for a couple of minutes, When he talks about errors, bring up some incredible problems and try to get him to explain them.

This Indian guy is a scam.  He keeps calling my house.  Caller ID says Frances Dozier. He said he works for Microsoft.  He told me that several times.  And Microsoft got a message that I have errors on my computer.  He told me to turn my computer on and he would walk me though how to fix the errors.   I said "Which computer".  He said how many do you have?  I said "three".  He then asked if they were connected through a router.   I told him that I am not interested and asked for HIS NUMBER to call back if he was from Microsoft.  I knew there was something shady going on.  DO NOT TURN ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR THIS GUY.  They have called MANY times to my house.  When you call the number back, it says it is not in service.  Getting fed up with these calls.  

I haven't answered this time around. And have received. Several calls a day, all times of day and night. Very annoying. But last time -different number- I got the Microsoft speech, from a heavy Indian accent man. I said "Oh really?" He thought he had me on his hook. He tried to reel me in with a bunch of technical jargon. I said" well I just don't know how that is possible"
Of course he reassured me that it was indeed possible... more tech talk. And I then said, "But I don't ow a computer" He hung up and I laughed my a** off. I wasted at least 15 minutes of his time letting him explain it all to me. My laptop was in the shop, awaiting a new harddrive to come in.

I sure hope they would try something like that to me!!  I am a computer technician with over 33 years of experience.  First thing I would do is trace the call (hoping it is a VOip) then I would tracert their system.  Next, I would show them just how vulnerable their system is for the stupidity of even running a crap Operating System such as Windoze in the first place!

I don't use Windoze, nor am I a Mac user...... I run Linux and have since '93!!

I also got a call from this number today at 12:05pm A person pretending to be
a Microsoft Technician. Wanted me to turn on my computer now, to remove
the Adware they claim to notice on my computer. I also heard others in the
background talking. Do not log in on your computer. Don't give them any
information over the phone.

I keep getting calls from this number, I do not answer any numbers that I do not recognize.   They never leave a message.  I want these calls to stop.

Just received a call from this number, again. They call about once a day. Never leave a message. I am adding to my blocked callers list.

2nd day Id said unknown name  The guy  was hard to understand he said he was from Microsoft  and need 2  remove something from my computer   I just hung up

I've been getting at least 2 calls a day, I wanted to check it out before I blocked it. I have never answered any of the calls. This  is a great site!

We just got 2 calls from this number.  Caller ID is Frances Dozier.  I did not answer the calls.

Got call from this number 2 times today....334-756-7810    comes up unknown and then Frances Dozier...but when you call back it says it is not in service!!!!   Indian accent too when guy said hello and I said nothing...

I have been called 4 time on Thursday and twice today. I answered the second call and like everyone else the indian voice said he was from microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. I hung up. I wish I could catch these people!!!

We received several calls from this same caller -- the first two, they didn't say anything for a bit and we hung up.  This last time, they said they were from Microsoft and were calling because they found many errors in our computer system.  He asked me to go to the computer and sign on, and then go to Google to bring up a website so he could fix the errors.  The only reason I kept him talking was to get as much information as possible.  We recently bought a new computer and I am wondering if they got the customer listing from Dell.  This is absolutely a SCAM, so do not follow their directions!  It needs to be reported to both Microsoft and Dell.

I recieveda couple calls from this number, showing the name as Framces Dozier or Dozier Frances.  He spoke broken English and it was hard to understand him.  He said he was from Microsoft  and he needed to help me fix all the errors that we showing in my computer, to hurry and go to google and he would give  address I needed to be in so that he could help me fix these errors.  I told him he had no business in my computer because I did not invite him or anyone else to be there.  He was very insistant that it needed to be fixed right away before my computer crashed and couldn't be fixed.  I told him I was inthe middle of something and if he would give me his phone number I would call him right back so he could help me.  And I got a bang (he hung upon me-how rude).  lol

Same deal here. Has called twice today, wants me to go to google and type in an address.  Told them I was too uncomfortable with this call and when I called back got same message as everyone else here.

Sometimes they'll leave a "message" for a second or 2 but not say anything.

This person calls me everyday and hangs up when I say hello.  When I try to call back, it says number not found and that it's a recording.  Today the guy left a voice message knowingly.  He sounded Indian and kept asking someone in the background what the name was.  I don't know this person amd don't appreciate the calls.

Did you guys upload any software allowing you to remotely connect to your computer. I uploaded some software so I could do it from my phone a week or so ago and now, I'm getting this phone call from the same guy named "John"

They called 3 times yesterday. I said I can't understand what they're saying and they kept calling back and hanging up. If I can't understand the person calling me, they don't need to call.

I've received several calls from this number over a period of the last two weeks.  When I answer there is no response,  and when I call the number back I get a recording that says the number is not in service.  I would appreciate, whomever it is, that he/she would stop calling me.  I don't have time for foolishness because my time is very valuable.  This person needs to find himself/herself a real job and use their time wisely. I speculate this is a SCAM!

Same thing happened to me! Can't understand a word he's saying other than Microsoft and go to my computer...

I have received two calls a day this week from this Alabama phone number. I will not answer calls that are not familar as this is my business cell phone.
Caller does not leave a voice mail

I receive calls from this no. all the time. When  I answer they say nothing? Tire of getting calls at anytime during the day & night!

They have called my cell number three times in the past two days and no one is there when I answer the call.  I tried to text them to say I'm on the do not call list and to stop calling me, but my text was returned and stated that the number was a land line.

I have received unwanted calls from this number. It belongs to no one that I know. I never pick up calls from numbers I do not recognize. It more than likely is some scammer trolling for a new stooge to rob.

I have gotten calls 4 times from this number in the past week. When I answer, they hang up. After reading these reviews, I won't pick up anymore. I hate phone scammers.

I got call from this number 334-756-7810. A stranger admitting himself as a Microsoft employee and wanted me to open my computer for some Windows errors. I said, I am busy and hung up. After work, I called from my mobile it is a non-working number, there is a recorded message playing.
He is not clear what he is saying.

I received several calls from this person with a heavy accent. They asked me to go to Google and open up team viewer. This is how they can gain access to your computer. I told him to call my IT department at my work. He didn't know my name or number. I was told by someone in my IT that this was a scam and could be very dangerous. Please don't fall for it.
