dave gariano here again I've called Bandwidth. cm and filed a complaint and also with the NC attouney general fraud division. I hope it gives some relief.

attention people, I'm Dacve Gariano and this isn't my number. No idea how it is associated  with my name. I've called AT&T and they told me it is a VOIP line from a company called Bandwidth.com. I've called Bandwirdth to have the number closed down and to find out how it's being associated with me and Diane but had no luck yet, i'll try again tomorrow. certainly whoever is doing this is not legit, but again its not me. I get a call from this number almost every day. I never answer. I'm on the do not call list but get called every day by at least 1 telemarketer. I used to report them every time to the national do not call hotline but there is no use. There is no longer any enforcement of the do not call list.

I received a call from 336-290-7171 at approximately 6:15 PM. I was not in at the time but they didn't bother to leave a message on my answering machine. When I tried calling back using Caller ID, I got no response.

I Contacted The Burlington Vt. Police Dept. And They Were Not At All shocked That These 2 MORONS Would Be Doing This!! They Should Be On Their Way To Prison For What They Were Arrested For Back In December 2012...but Unfortunately Justice Is FOR THE CRIMINALS!!!

Callsw 2-3 times a week, I don't answer

First part is a recorded message about a service for Seniors and then a live person comes on and tries to explain his scam further.  When he is asked to remove me as he has several times in the past, the jerk says it is not a scam....so I tell him where to stick his stupid scam.....

It is a scam for medical alert for seniors.....talked with the idiot about removing me from the scam list....pointed out not a scam but would not remove me since he is not a telemarketer....no he is an a..h...   I stayed on line while recording gave me the details and then he came on...he was in a hurry to exit when I started telling him what I thought.

This # calls my home at least once a week and I am on the no call list!
