I would like to know who are these people and why they call me about Victoria Clark

I received a call from a Locator in August with the same stating I had charges.  Unfortunately I paid my account off with Global and been promised a payoff letter.  I called my creditor Credit One Bank and I was not able to talk to anyone there.  I was directed to call United Debt Holding...they stated my account was turned over to Global..that number was 800-860-1582.  They would not talk to me either or give my any information on Global except the number ....I looked up Global with the BBB and it appears they have lawsuits against them for their scare tactics....I think all should be reported to the BBB...Credit One...United Debt Holding and Global...

Same thing happened to me. The area code was the same as mine so I thought she was local. She left a message with my parents telling them that she had gone out to my school where I work and how they were going to serve papers. I called the 866 number and it was Global. They would not give me information about their company. I told them I knew my rights and they hung up. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Maybe others can do the same and file- strength in numbers.

These people contacted me also with the same excuse about bringing charges against somebody. I told them I have no idea what they are talking about and she gave me a number and some kind of other number, I called it's GLOBAL!!! I think this is a scam!!!!

Got a call from this same number with the same situation about some charges and paper served. Didnt either bother to call back. the dumb lady said well since you don't know what I'm talking about I will give you a chance to call them. "Use this reference number" SILLY!!! I decided to call the number which was 1-866-481-3953. Yes it was Global whoever they are.

Got a call from this same # trying to get ahold of my sister who lives in a different state saying that she needs to call 1-888-307-8586 b/c he had legal federal documents that she needs to be served with to bring charges against her. Not sure how he got my # and knew what yr she was born. I knew right away this had to be a scam so I googled both of these #'s and sure enough there's lots of recent comments regarding this 888 # sagging it's a scam and the person who's calling is trying to get money.

I got a call from this number saying i had charges files against me and that he was  gone serve paper on me on my job. I said i know nothing about this. He says call this number 855 405 9167 to find out whats going on. I called the number which the company's name is Global.

This man called my worked phone and said he was going to serve papers on me, if I didn't call some company within 30 min. first he said, he had talked to HR and said I was @ this address, but then he said he need it me to verifiy the address.  Stupid....
