I hate this company. use to work for them and i will tell the public how much of a fraudster u are. Everything they call about are all complete lies they try to scare people with all kinds of tactics as if they are a law firm when none of the manager have any law experiences or hold a law degree i completely wasted my time working for them the pay sucks,employees are treated like crap, she has her fav employees which amounts to at least 4 that makes her money for her and her company is a total fraud. They have employess call to impersonate higher authority fiugures, they also tell the employees what to say, do, and how to do it.I could not do this job anymore the money is bull crap, the company is bull crap, and i just could not take that guilty feeling of calling someone who barely has a dime. One of the calls i took during my time there i had a lady cried n she was homeless and guess what they still made the homeless lady pay money 600+++ dollars or go to jail and had that lady scared to death as if she was going to jail. What bunch of pathetic losers and Brenda (owner) should be ashamed of her self for lying to people always trying to play the Christian role. WHATEVER

i got a call from this place and its 336-790-0203.. they threaten to file a felony warrant on me and threaten to have the feds come pick me up.. that is totally uncalled for

this guy called me relentlessly at work and at home calling me a criminal and stating I would be picked up at my office by the authorities.  Stated was several things, including a lawyer, a federal agent, and somebody from the FDIC.  Never would agree to send anything in writing, he could only yell, scream, and go totally ballistic.  My attorney spoke to him, told him a few choice words, before we reported them to the FBI, FTC, and the Attorney General of my state.  They use VOIP or magic jack so they may seem to be calling from NC or GA, but they could be anywhere.  The phone numbers on the website, including the fax,are phony.  Only after he spoke to my atty and was told we were swearing out a warrant for him for stalking, terroristic threats, intimidation, and extortion did he give us the real fax # to which we faxed a cease and desist.  These ppl will stop short of nothing to get your personal info, including trying to friend you on facebook using false names.  Beware.

Got a call from a Ron Jackson became rude after I refused to give him my debit card.  Is this company legit. Threatend to send the authorities for me.

They called me to saying that some one was coming to pick me up a Davidson guy. So very rude and unprofessional.

I just got a call from an investigator Davis, whom said he was calling from the L.A. County Sheriffs Department and was looking for a member of my family.  He said that they would be picking him up at work in about an hour. To have him call him back.  He called from 336-542-5847.  Little did he know that I would be calling the L.A. county sheriffs department to inquire about him.  The sheriffs deputy told me the phone # doesn't belong to them, he looked it up and said it is from North Carolina and that I should reported to my local authorities in my county and this was a scam.  For  the past few months I have been receiving these calls all from North Carolina, just different idiots posing as someone with authority.  Call your local authorities and don't let them fool you.

i really think its funny how we american people can take money from these corporations when we need the help but we they ask for the money back we think of every reason on why there wrong for asking for the money we rightfully took from that company its time to grown up people quit putting the economy in the position that is in lets grow up and pay our debts so we can eliminated debt collectos

This Mr. Davis guy called and harassed my 80year old grandmother telling her if my debt didn't get paid I would be going to jail, freaked out my grandma and he made several threats to me when I called him back, very convincing and rude, isn't there a way to stop this guy?

this creep called about our son, and it's a good thing my son is very smart. anyway, if they know where the phone number comes from, then why don't they stop him???? Karma is gonna be bad for him....

they it was  a guy named  investigator davis.. he claimed he was calling out of my county police area.... but  had no real info.. and was rude and made threats...  he is a telemarketer  or a loan shark looking to get pay...  just tell them u filed bankruptcy...

They also said that they we're calling from the county my brother lives in (Laurel County, KY) saying they we're from the Laurel County Prosecution Office. I traced the number on the internet, the caller is from Greensboro, NC.

They threatened my mom, telling her that they would bring up federal charges if she didn't pay back my brothers loan.

I got the call too did u ever have a payday loan that you did not pay?
