Getting calls from 804 212-0433 from a Calvin Taylor with the same scam and he's calling and asking for my manager. I also received calls from 612-412-9218.

He claimed to be with the government twice when I asked and then said for me to call him back or something would happen if I didn't get this matter resolved.  He said his name was Jack Smith but he had an Indian accent.  He said he was with United Federal Bureau.  I reported him and the complany to the FTC.

I have recieved calls from this scam for the last year. Says I got a payday loan from them- I never got a payday loan from them or anyone else! Exact same scenarios. Every comment I read in regards to this, I have experienced. The multiple phone #'s, the threats of arrest or harm ("as the situation unfolds around me") . the calls at work, the phony names-and its always the same person. I have told them repeatedly to take me to court or have me arrested if thats what they think they can do and they told me they would be "Sending an agent to take care of this". Same thing, wants my lawyer to call them. I have reported these people to every agency I can think of.  I am sorry we all had to be terrorized and harrassed by these people, but I really appreciate the comments and now I know how wide-spread of a scam this is.

For these jack*** - Jus tell him you will be waiting with a 12 gauge shotgun points right to his face when he comes through the door and a happy trigger finger too.

i also recieved a call from those a***oles too with a 201 area code claiming that i owed them 300 dollars i received that call today and once i found out it was i immediatley posted it on facebook and called them back and cussed them out if anyone wants to help write a letter to get these mofos please let me know

i recieved a call today from an officer michael hopkins from national bureau of criminal indentifacation wanting to contact a family member of mine (my boyfriend) claiming he had a criminal case on him...i asked how he got my number he said i was listed on the case file...when my boyfriend called the man back he informed him he had 3 cases on him for violating bank regulations, laundering money , and check fraud. he gave him a case number and told my boyfriend if he paid $489.32 he could take care of these 3 cases and proceded to ask for a credit card number to pay...the number he called from was 214-884-7290

Lol I just got a call like this and it said for me to call back or have my attorney do so, or they cant help what unfolds and god bless. I knew right away this was a scam, they are calling my cell and leaving messages. The guy that called me was David Fran.

yes they took my wife for $700 before we relaized what happen. please dont sen them money they cannot treaten you  in anyway.

they are also going by jason reed and associates. and also bahamian (something indistinguishable) group. look up phone numbers 343-729.0397, and also 500-447-852 (that is all that shows up on caller id.)949-743-1049 and many more. don't give them anything. they took me for alot of money before i found this site. if you have given them anything, cancel your cards, and change your accounts! they are scam artists!!!

Me again.....another call, from the same number, Ben Stone is the name of the day.  Again, he tells me if I disregard this call he can only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds.  What a bunch of bottom-feeders.

Frank Jones left a message for me, gave 336-553-3965 as the call-back number, but caller Id read 1-000-012-3456.  He doesn't even give the name of the company he is with, or the amount I supposedly owe them.  The usual threats, advised me not to disregard this call, to call them back or doom will befall me and my family, closed the call wishing me Good Luck.  They are a joke at this point....does anyone fall for this?  Total scam artists, there is a special place in Hell for these folks.....

I am getting very threatening phones call at work also where they are threatening me and my coworkers and telling me they are going to have to speak with my manager, they are coming in on our caller ID at work with the number 343-729-0397 and the area code does not even exist.  They tell me they are with the law firm of Christian Nicholas and Associates and give me a bogus phone number of 904-425-9141 and an address of 4560 Valencia Dr Jacksonville,FL 33904.  (the zip code actually comes up as Coral Gables Fl).  I know this is a scam and I would never give them money or information over the phone.

i received a call at my job from someone giving the name Jeffrey scott and gave a case number. Tried to call it back and it says i can't. who are these people. He also left some legal case number. I don't know who this is.  336 553 0130 was the numbe

My husband received a phone call a few weeks ago from Chris Jones saying in a very nasty tone and Indian accent, "we have left you messages and you have not called us back, do you know who you are dealing with?  We have your mother's maiden name and your social, do you know what we can do with that information?"  My husband, then called back and repeatedly asked for collection information in writing, they claimed that since he has moved etc. over the years that they were unable to find him...right...then after speaking to the "supposed" managers, they gave him some ridiculous excuse for the collection being so many years ago that they have already mailed him all the documentation they would.  We checked our credit and the issue was not listed on it.  My husband wanted to pay it, but I figured it was a scam.  I called them back and without my name even being on the so-called collection, they gave me all the information I wanted regarding my husbands account (which a real collection agency or any agency for that matter would never give out information without permission of the account holder first) I asked for their comapny name and it took me about 5 minutes to get something out of them.  They did give me a name of a company that exists, but it definitely wasn't them, Christian, Nicholas & Associates.  I contacted the FBI and they said it definitely seems like a scam and to not pay them.  I asked if I could call them back and let them know that I had contacted the FBI, etc.  She said to go for it.  I called them back and again was talking to people without giving anymore than my husbands name.  I told them that we've contacted the FBI and given them all their numbers.  He could care less.  It's a total scam!  Such scumbags!!

Let me know if he goes for it I've tried telling this guy that and he'll tell me to shut my F-ing mouth and start talking really fast so I hang up and he'll call non stop and when I answered again he told me to shut up and listen he knows where I live he's coming to my house and he's going to slit my throat X-mas morning. I received calls also he's threatened to come to my house and slit my throat and my families throats on Christmas morning. He will call non stop I've asked the phone company to block the number but for some reason he is still getting through... He calls and tells me his name is John Christain he has also called from 286550850...

I have been having calls fro this 3365533965 number claiming to be Jack Smith - they also call from 6312846646 - do I just tell them I know they are a scam and I have reported them to the local authorities? Thanks.

again today i reiceved the same phone call, refusing to give me thier business address, they are stating they are connected to the federal court house in Greensboro North Carolina and due to federal securties reason they cannot release thier mailing address. The fellow refused to get off the phone when I told him that I wanted this business address and to quit threatening me until he does. it is against the law for a business not to provide that upon questioning. likewise he stated over and over again that this is not a business that is calling it is a "department" he kept me on the phone for over and nearly twenty minutes refusing to answer my questions and would continually put me on hold. Can't anyone help me? these people have all my private information and they are not bill collectors from the united states they didn't even know what the consumer act was???? Id did get he follow to confirm that he was calling from the same number as yesterday. yesterday his name was Jack smith and worked for International investigations, today it is united federal, tehy keep chaning names and business name at every call, the number remains the same and the accents are all teh same, from india! I recieved a call for the past month, eveyr day and several times a day. the number they state is 3365533965. He is a more than obvious India or iranian accent. Likewise he is threatening jail, threatening me in such away that he is stating straight Up" the consequences are harsh for not returning the call or arranging to pay this debt" further stating in teh same conversation that I would be arrested for fraud. He says his name is Jack Smith. After reading these post I called the number and asked for the gentelmen in your post and its the same person who is now using Jack Smith as his name. he is going by several alieas. further informaton on this number is it is coming up at W MCgee Street in Greensboro NC, however there is no building there and/or one little building, but doesn't look like a call center??? Furthermore the number if you do a reverse number check is coming up in some other guys name as the owner, which is none of these on the posts> these people are up to no good, why wont the telephone company assist us from this harrassement, or how can I get it to stop, i am being threatened every single day monday through friday???

I am receiving calls at my place of employment, with these people threatening me, my job and even my co-workers. This is very intimidating, and if someone didn't know better I am sure they could be taken for ALOT of money. This has to be stopped. I can't believe with the technology today that these people can't be caught and shut down.

Received a call from this number 3365533965, He says his name is John Christian, has a middle eastern accent. States that I am in a legal mess if I do not contact him back.

i've had 15 calls from this guy in the past hour. This man said from fed bureau bank commisioners telling me i took out some pay day loan back in 2005. told he i never took it had all my information and told me i would be arrested unless i sent them 350.00 now from my bank gave me the information from and old bank account i had back then. Closed it since i  moved told him i was calling my lawyer, filing a report with the local authorities and he told me to call him back said his name was john christian couldn't even spell his name spoke in and asian voice. i told him i'd get right on it.

i just got the same message and talked to the guy he would not tell me who i owed money too same number also. said it didnt matter who i owed but that i did and i had to pay etc.

I once again received a call today from Chris Hamdon at United Federal Bank. I get a call from these people every few months sayin that their filing an affidavit and will have me areested that evening for non-payment od a payday loan from more than three years ago. I have detailed documentation showing that any loans received/taken out were paid in full more than two years ago. Each time they call I request, as is my legal right, a proof of debt mailed to my home address (no I haven't given that out...they don't even ask) each time I do this they begin to go into their practised threats and "may God help you" speaches. I have reported this in the past and they still continue to pop up every few months. I am addmittedly a little frustrated and tired of dealing with this scam!

These people are scam artists.  Caller ID on my cell phone comes up 832-546128.  They leave a message to call a Justin Price (very broken English could hardly understand the message) back at 336-553-0130.  I called this number and they answer United Federal Bank.  They tell me that I took out a loan in Dec. 2006 and never paid it back and had information on my bank account. In order for me to not be taken to court and not to be put in jail I needed to pay them 1280.00.  They told me to pay by Western Union and make it payable to NWV.  I told them I had no idea what they were talking about.  They replied, "We've sent you dozens of emails and you have not responded".  I then told them that before I pay anything to anyone (knowing this is a scam) I told them to send me the info in the mail and that I would respond at that point.  Of course he stated that this was impossible and that I would be sent to jail if I did not pay them right away.  The people who answer the phone on the other end at the 336 area code have very broken English.  They could be terroists getting money for their "CAUSE".  Some thing needs to be done about these "TERRORISTS" who scare people into thihking they are going to jail.  I only talked to them to get as much information as I could to let the general public know about this scam.  I am now checking my bank account on a daily basis and have to switch to a new account because they have my information.

I got a call this morning from a "chris jones".  I wasnt in the office yet.  The receptionist took the message.  I am to call 336-553-3965.  When asked what company it was the receptionist was told "United States National Bank".  The number that called is was 832546128.
