As previous poster said, the rep on the phone was an agressive telemarketer who tried calling me back after hanging up. What a PUNK!!!!!! Please leave me alone!!!!!

Receive calls from "BIT" several times a year trying to hock security cameras. Phone reps are always extremely aggressive, surly and very confrontational. Nasty representatives for a scam company.
Calls from another "security system" also come through around the same time but with a different company name.

Called twice today. Second time I picked up with a pause before speaking. Nothing.
