you are right, it seems that rob selfors has a new way to scam people, the fun part is that he says he has experience dealing with these kind of situations where fed up customers talk bad about some company on the web, but he can't even stop all the truth that is been said about him in many websites!  
i guess he is trying to do for other companies what he has been doing for kitchen carolina, post as an ex employee and say good things about the company, is that your plan rob? don't make me laugh!
