Calls constantly about a hospital bill I supposedly owe. I told them VA had already paid it. The guy ( who had a thick foreign accent), told me no they didn't and to pay or have it go on my record as a refusal. I sent them a copy of the VA remittance. A week later they still call. Idiots

These guys called my mom saying it was best buy. She forwarded the message to me, and I called them back. They even answered the phone as best buy when I called. Then proceeded to say I owed money for some Dr. bill or something( I don't owe anything, then proceeded to ask for payment. I told them I wasn't paying anything to someone who lied about who they were and if something was owed to someone send me written proof. I'm still waiting on paperwork and these guys call at least once a day.

A gentleman with accent called my number asking for my friend Pat.  Told him this wasn't her phone.  He left his number and said to have her call back.  An hour later another call from same number, this time identifying himself as Fabian, no accent, asking for my friend again.

Please do not call my number again. I don't know any CANDY BENOIT and no one by that name lives at my house. If you call again I will file harassment charges against you.

I called the number back and the guy that answers with a foreign accent says let's see why we called you. I asked what business it was and he said a business in Lafayette. He said we are calling for 'name' are you 'name'? I said can you tell me your company name? His reply was you aren't answering my question! My reply was, and you didn't answer mine! :P

Really!? What's so hard about a company name!? I can look it up on the internet anyway!!  Rude won't help you collect, neither will the foreign accent . . . From the comments below I'm assuming its medical bills.

Its a debt collector I am charged 1200.00 for an emergency visit at UMC and I didn't even see a doctor! I left there in worst shape than when I got there it was a referral and they said I had to go through the emergency room! I'm not paying for a service I didn't even need

It is indeed  Receivable Recovery Services. They call me for my medical bill often. They are a collection agency for unpaid medical bills for the most part. I have paid them before, they are legit.

They can not call you whenever they want---they are governed by the fdcpa and they are a third party collection agency....they are only allowed to call you every 72 hours, to get them to stop, you need to write a cease and desist letter and they have to stop by law or will be in very big trouble and if they say you owe it, ask them for proof, by law they have to provide it to you

Don't answer unless you want to be harassed for money. They are so RUDE! You can't get money from someone by being rude!!! She was asking me when my next payday was and telling me that "Your credit is gonna suck now, why don't you just suck it up and pay it all off?" SERIOUSLY?! What kind of business is this?!

I keep getting calls from this number.  No one is on the line and they don't leave a message.  I would like these calls to stop or to find out how I can block them.  They are wasting the available minutes of time on my phone.

Got a call from a scam operator in India, his name is Officer Shawn Li, and he claims to be associated with this group (LRS).  His number is 972-798-3106.  Google the number and see what you get.

Never called them back, if they can't leave a good message. Hide behind a phone.

That number called me at work, told my boss that he needed to talk to me. My boss told him it was my day off and then he asked if she knew where to get ahold of me. She said no and took a message. My area code is 337 and my last name is Smith. That is how convincing they are. I then called them back and they took all of my information and I kept asking what this was about. He kept asking me more personal questions, finally after all the questions he told me he was the collection agency. The address is 1304 Bertran Dr. Suite F4 Lafayette, la 70506

Collection agency. Calls every now and then. Sometimes they leave a message. Sometimes they let the phone ring twice then hang up.  Talked to them before.  Said I owed a bill.  They would only give the name of the company/how much and said there is no form of documentation they could send me to verify the bill. Asked me immediately how I would like to pay over the phone. When I kept insisting for documentation, caller said he would report that I refused to pay the bill.  I had to hang up.  Something sounds wrong with this.

i'm 18, called cell phone looking for my dad. my cell phone is not registered in my dads name, but in remarried moms name. striked me as odd so i asked what he was calling for. said calling for business and i said my dad wouldnt be interested and hung up. called back one more time, but i ignored it.

I recognized this number as a land line, but was unsure of who, so I let it go to voicemail...I later checked to find a mans voice asking to speak with me after the beep... which is silly, as if he's never left a voicemail, then waits a minute before hanging up, you can hear other mens voices in the background as well, as if it is some sorta company...I asked a friend in intelligence and she said that it s FEMA....they are said to investigate individuals here and there for various reasons...it's quite weird
