i have recieved two different text one from a 702 number that i deleted and one from 5414024891 . i dont know how this person knows my name since i have a no contract prepaid phone. they said they are txtflirter265. and to add to y msnger.. which i ne
ver use. it really worries me about how they know my name.

Just got a text from this #. They knew my name. I text back who is this and they said "haha if you want to know who this is u got to addd me on Yahoo messenger, my id is textiechikie220". How did they get my name?!?!??! I am REALLY not ok with this.. Anyone??

Talked to my bank's fraud department, they did some investigating and found out this number is from a website called Textplus.com. You can use it to text people (like if your phone doesn't have the service or something like that) from your PC.
So if you get a text from a number like this, call the number and you'll hear a message from that website (textplus.com) and you'll know the person is texting you from the website and not a phone. The person that sent me the text still hasn't responded back but hopefully the fraud department can locate TextPlus's fraud department and figure out the IP of the person who texted me and get to the bottom of this.
