received call on cell phone, didn't answer it

Received a call from 345-522-3143 several times.  The last call was received on my cell at11:30am, on 12 Feb 2010.  It had a message selling some type of insurance.

same. call 2/11 at 4:44pm EDT. I missed the call.

i as well 7 1/2 hours ago cayman islands did not answer what is going on?

call came to my cell phone.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I am on "do not call" list.

called this number back from a ground line and it said "You are not authorized to call this number" then a random code like "QZ" or "C2"

345-522-3143 Just got the call 5 mins ago.  did not answer as i was on another line.  I hope they didn't hack into other personal info from my internet history.  or perhaps it was my friend Simon the traveling carribean islander who mysteriously calls random numbers.  

I'm from Iowa...Interested to know what other states people who recieved this call are from.

got a call at 1:06 on my iwireless cell number that just got transferred over from cricket. it did come as Cayman Islands on my phone, but only rang a couple of times and stopped before I could answer it.

Called cell. Answered, and after about a second or so, an automated recording played. I caught the word "debt" as I hung up. Call originated from the Cayman Islands.

I just called by this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer it as I did not recognize the area code.Does anyone know what this is all about other than coming from a Cayman Island area code?

I received a call from this number. Tried to call it back and received msg that it was not a working #. Tried to call back twice more with a different msg to the same effect. Does anyone know more about this? Has anyone actually been scammed or received a bogus charge on their cell for this? The # is not valid according to fonefinder.net

Googled it before I called it back... Glad I did. It's part of a scam to try to screw people on their phone bill...

I got the same call. I remember hearing something about something like that going on a while ago....like years, they said something like people would call it back or answer the phone or something and it would charge them this fat rate to answer or talk to whoever it was....something like that. now that I know this area code is from the Cayman Islands, im not answering

Got a call on my cell. Didn't answer. Looked here and found the info other have left. Used call block to block further calls.

Be very careful with this number! I looked it up based on the number on my caller id (cell phone - didn't answer) and this page. For more information on what it may be about:

They'll tell you all sorts of bad crap will happen to you if you don't call back and then they want you to send them money.

345 is just the new area code for the caymen islands where 809 used to cover the whole carribean.

Received a call from this number on my cell, did a reverse look up and got nothing however 345 is for the Cayman Islands. Did not receive a voice mail and I am on a do not call list so I'm not sure how they got my number.

reverse phone lookup didnt come up with anything, except Kentucky and it is a landline

Just received this call on my cell. When I answered there was nobody there. I also saw Cayman Islands as area code. The weirdest thing is where 1 should have been at the beginning there was a +.

called i answered no one there.  it showed call origingating from cayman islands.
