Got a call from this number. Have been getting random calls from non-toll free numbers recently. They leave no message. And when you try to call back it says "this number has been disconnected".  Most likely a bill collector. In fact, Stellar Recovery has been burning down my phone lately. Maybe one of their tactics. But how can they call from a line that's been disconnected. Another number I got today was 978-554-6973....same thing...disconnected.
