same here on all post whoare the people please someone let me know im not sure what they want they never said

These are another incarnation of the same scam artists who call and threaten you with legal action.  They use "American" sounding names but their accents are distinctly from India/Pakistan.  When I called back after receiving their voicemail, they asked my name and then hung up.  This number and name of the "investigative services" company has been the fifth such "creation" to harass me with their phony threats.  Perhaps I'm naive, but if the police were actually going to arrest me for the "very serious legal matter" this company is willing to help me solve, then I think I'll wait for the police and deal with it in a more "traditional" legal manner.

For the last 2 days, I have been getting calls from Sixtel, phone number 347-238-2042.  They left a voicemail on my cell and landline phones saying that a company called National Cash Advance and US National Bank, that a took out loans from these companies, but did not pay back the loans. Now National Cash Advance and US National Bank went to a collection agency/lawfirm in order to collect a debt.

When I asked the rep (347-238-2042) for the contact numbers for National Cash Advance and US National Bank he would not give it to me, so that I could contact the companies myself to see what is going on.  The rep told me that they could not give me the contact numbers due to client privilege and said National Cash Advance and US National Bank took legal action.  My gut told me that the call is a scam because I have not received any kind of notice from a debt collection agency/lawfirm though the regular mail from National Cash Advance and US National Bank.

The rep told me that they sent an E-mail notice twice about the so-called debt I owe to National Cash Advance and US National Bank, but I told them to sent me any kind of legal paperwork through the regular mail cause  I want to actually see the legal paperwork.  But I want to if this could be a scam or not.

As I said in my prior post got my attorney involved. Here is what he suggested. Accept the phone call. Talk to this idiot. Get as much information as you can. Record the phone call. Then call the authorities. Let them know that you appear to be targeted for attempted extortion over the phone. Hopefully they will get on the ball and investigate. If they do call me back this is what I will be doing myself.

Someone from this number calls and tells me they are filing a lawsuit against me for a loan that I applied for. Problem is, I havent applied for a loan. Told them to call my attorney and gave them his number. Sounds like a scam artist to me. The number is based out of Jamaica, NY
