Same guy and number is harrasing me and my father i even have his meseage telling me he will take me to court

Neil Martin 347-238-2043 called and said I was victim of someone mispproriating my infomration.  I told him I knew he was a fraud and to no longer call me and hung up. That jerk then called me back 5 times hanging up each time

same stuff going on with me what to do help please

Voicemail stating he is from a law firm. I say he because the Inidan accent is so heavy it is unclear. They are going to submit our failure to credit bureaus and issue a court ordered subpoena. A sheriff will arrive @ our home or work to escort to jail.

I received a call in relation to a lawsuit from a man who called himself Dwight Johnson, this man has a Hindu accent and told me he was an lawyer and he represent a company in New York that was taking me to court for defaulting on a cash advance that isn't valid. This guy told me the name of the company that is filing the lawsuit and i contacted them directly and found out about this scam.

Said I owe money, and I don't also calling people I know.  This is such a scam

I got a call from a James Parker (african accent) saying that they are trying to get in touch with a facebook friend of mine who took out a loan in my name using my personal information, SSN, etc...  This James Parker guy said that he's a paralegal officer for a Law firm Robert Samuel and Associates.  I didn't buy this one bit.  Then he transferred me to his supervisor, senior attorney Jose Sanders(indian accent) who told me that I had until the end of the day to pay him $100 by way of giving him my credit card information over the phone, so that he could take my name off the file and the bank wouldn't summons me to court for them money my friend owed.  
PURE B***S***.  SCAM! FRAUD!!!!  These people should be put under the jail!  Im disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

these people are saying I committed fraud I did not take out any loan

Fraud and extortion is there game claim that I have taken out a pay day loan.  calling self Jose Sanders (thick Indian accent).  I have had problems from same company name and scam before I reported it to my bank and had to close an account because they had my account information.  The banker said she would forward information their FBI contact.  anyone harrassed by these individuals should do the same. They are the scum of the earth.
