i called and got a very generic voicemail :/

I began receiving text messages about lowering my electric bill from this number a day after giving my cell phone number to Home Depot. Home Depot wanted to give me a free estimate on cabinet refacing and I stupidly gave them my cell number. Thanks Home Depot.
