Receive the same message from nick whinehouse from number 347-627-0474 fraud with Indian accent and u can here other in the background with Indian accent... How can u stop these calls they call from several different numbers...

This person with Indian accent has call my place of business when was to stop.
He would call within minutes. Very harassing to everyone who works there. He used
Vulger profanity with me. The police were called and the number was reported to the
Federal Trade Commission.

I just got cussed out by a guy who called from 347-586-0488 and or 347- 286-7484. the number show up on my caller ID as 000-000-0000 or 50 or 23. The guy said his name is Kevin Anderson and I owe Publec Credit Services $546.00. he said if I didn't pay by credit or debit card i would have to hire a lawyer because they are going to sue me.

Logan Stone called me. Said he was an office with the Police Dept. He had a think Indian Accent. WHen I asked what police Dept was he with , I said the NYC police Dept he said, yes. I said, Ok, what is your precinct # and he said...ummmmmm you want  my phone # I said no your precinct #, he said my address. I said No...your precinct # , he paused....I said, Well if you were a NYC copy you would know that. Hung up haven't heard from him again...Come on!

Called my job stating I owe money, would not send legal documents.  I asked them to stop calling, said they wouldn't.  Will file a harrassment case with this company.

I got a call from a number listing the owner as Susan Smith.  The person calling was some Indian man claiming that there is a lawsuit against me relating to my SSN.  It was obviously a scam, He realized that I knew it was a scam, and hung up on me, but not before saying that he will see me in court.  I call the number listed for Susan Smith, and it is a residential number.  I left a message, so I'll see if I get another call from them.

A coworker keeps getting calls from this company as well.  The are outsourced to India.  Call the Federal Trade Commission and the FCC to report violations.

I got a call from a Joseph Anderson @ 347-671-0355 saying he's for the Legal dept of Public Credit Service It's a fraud. They are taking me to court on Monday, because I owe $800 for a loan that I have not paid back. Right, Not. I called the Federal Trade Commission and reported them, I called Social Security and put a fraud alert. I called the credit companies. When you tell them you have done this they get upset and said he was sending the police to arrest me I told him I'm waiting. I'm still waiting.

PCS /Public Credit Services called my house 14 times yesterday starting at 6:30AM (live in CA) they called my work 6 times.  I got a Marcus Stevens who threatened my job, and lawsuits against my SS#. I found some useful info online about Sec 809 of FDCPA fair debt collection practices act, asked if they were licensed in Calif. Asked for documentation or proof of the loan. their reply "this is a paperless unsecured loan"  i have talked to the same guy 3 times and gotten Marcus Stevens, Nick Winehouse, James Johnson....they kept calling this morning to talk to my manager and i disguised my voice a little and told them i was the manager and my names was james johnson... he laughed and hung up..I filed a complaint with the FTC and plan on giving them every number that has called my house.

Received the same call today on my cell phone. No actual contact number to call them back at. Same wording they are giving everyone else. The guy identified himself as John Wilson. He also called my work while I was gone for an appointment told my boss that he was a friend of mine from California looking for health insurance. After the end of the call he said f*ck to my boss and hung up. I played the voicemail for my boss and she advised that was the guy who called. They called months ago and told them to send me to court even though I have no outstanding loans. They had stopped for a few months and at it again!

I have been getting the same exact calls also, it scares me. They also tell me they have a lawsuit against my social security number. I have also tried to get paper work from them showing this they never comply and they are very rude and I cannot hardly stand them. What should I do??

I get these calls at lease twice a month. There must be something we can do. The police station said they need a paper trail so, when they called again I asked them for something in writing. The guy said all I need to do is push the button and your case will go to the highest courts. I will send you something you will see. Very disrespectful and annoying.

I am receiving an incoming call from 209-555-1214 to my place of business and the person says his name is Johnny Davis but is the same accent from India but has given two other alias names. says
his direct line is 347-380-8980. I asked them to provide documentation and have not. says they are suing on a social security issue. whatever that means. I dont want these calls anymore. It is harassment in my work place.

I just got a call from 347-269-0834.  They were calling me because I am a reference to my sister, Cathy.  My sister had actually called me yesterday about this some company calling her.  Then told I got a VM message from the same company ~ "This is a very important for Dawn.  We need you to give a message to give to your friend, Catherine."  They go on and on that she has serious legal matters that need to be taken care of and that it is affecting her SSN.  What ever.  Call someone else that cares to listen to your lies, PCS Company!!!

They are saying i'm being sued and they have my ss #.  I'm scared of them stilling my identy or personal information.  How did they get my information in the 1st place.  These people need to be stopped..

I have been getting the same kind of calls from the same number +000-000-000 person is saying I have very serious legal charges on my SS# from a loan I did not pay back. This company ( PCS ) had all my information. I had to go and close my checking account. I was afraid they would try to access my account. I was just wondering if anyone recived anything from the court saying you were being charged?

my daughter and son got a call from this number stating that they owe money from a loan that i made, have no idea about what it is. no answer , phone not in service

They said my wife needs to pay a loan asap and they are taking her to court.
The same person keeps answering the phone. They even called my mother-n-law and left the name Logan Stone. I called them back and had it out with some guy that I could hardly understand, something has to be done asap! He stated his company is PCS!

Keep getting calls saying owe money and involved in a fraudulent case, got a loan, didn't pay back and charging are being filed agaist ss #.

Who are these people, I picked up and hung up 5 or 6 times and they just kept calling.

I received these calls same as above. After I told them they were bogus.  The guy said he wanted to f*ck my daughter were his exact words. The police said it was nothing they could do. Now. "Mike " is calling again.

I recieved a message from them saying that my daughter had cases pending against her.I cxalled back the phone number and listened to what they had to say.To my disbelief they her full SS#! I told them that I had spoken to a attorney and he suddenly cut me off and told me that he would be sending a police officer with an arrest warrant to my home ,I asked them if that was needed even though she was only 15 yrs old??!!He suddenly hung up on me ..I do not know what to do wether to file a police report or not please help with some advice!!

From the beginning, something didn't sound right. First the "FEMALE"  rep. name is "Adam Jackson" with an accent from India. The information they had was vague and not real. But they insisted I had a terrible problem w/my S.S. number and w/my bank. It was a fishing expedition from start to end of the call. I told them that all the information they had was bogus and that my lawyer will contact them soon.

Same ehre got a call Monday at 1132 am from Christina Parker from PCS Public Credit Services call back at 3472867484.  These people do not stop.  They make up all sorts of stories. If you get these at home number tell them to please hang on while the authorities trace the call,  ask them to mail you any and all information concerning these legal matters and that to stop calling until after you recieve the documents and have examined them. Ask them for an address of where to send correspondence and that you will only deal with them through the mail.  They may stop for awhile or for good.

i got a call from this number and "christina Parker" said she was looking for my daughter,who she called by her full name and said that there is some type of fraud against her ss# and that she needed her to call back asap!! she also knew my name!!??!! what is all this crap anyway??

I get the exact same thing... i dont know what to do. How can we track them down? File police report maybe?

Keep getting calls and somehow they got all my personal information some lady named Annie and i was told the same thing that if i didnt pay 500.00 that day i would be in trouble and had to be in court the next day. is there something we can do about it? Can we find them? Can THEY get in trouble for it? They call from 000-000-000 and left this # 347-286-7484 on my voicemail, they are all very rude too!
