Oh he got me.  What an idiot I am!  Called looking for a 1400.00 transmission.  charged 1650.00 total and shipped to 206 s 14th ave mt vernon, ny.  This was a "drop ship" address and he sent me a CC form to look like a 3rd party parts broker.  Awsome.  So now some poor lady got her bill and contested the charge because of course she never heard of us before.  Said his name was benjamin williams.  here are some other numbers I and the freight company obtained.  917-374-8437...206-426-3464...516-422-2066.  don't be a twit like me!  verify verify verify even if you are doing 10000+ plus in CC auth's!!!!!!!!!

Caller ID showed 233244794749.  Emailed me wanting 3000 Small white tshirts.   Wanted me to run credit card in $900 increments to reach $4500.00 total.  Gave me billing info for card as 10 Richman Plaza, Bronx, NY.   Sent Credit card info to my banker to verify if stolen or not.   Name given was George Brown.   Georgetop_12@yahoo.com was his email address.   Would not give me shipping address wants to pick up merchandise at my Atlanta location.   Sounded fishy so I did a search for his phone number and came up with this. .....NOT FALLING FOR IT!!! Can't wait to report this to authorities of bank confirms if card is stolen or not.

This guy using his name as Sam Page called to order 4 types of merchandise from our distribution business and since things are slow I entertained his request only to find out he is a con artist and wants the products (worth approx $7,000) to be shipped to Ghana. Where I would prepay a shipping cost of $3700 via Western Union.
Folks do not fall for such trap. Even if they say they will pay for shipping. Always get a copy of their DL, credit card and if possible get a signed invoice prior to releasing any goods.

This is the email I received from this guy " Jerry Jackson " I have a lighting business and have actually ran into this same guy or someone with the same scam before but like everyone has been saying they give you 2 credit card numbers and then want you to send the products to Ghana.
The message looks legit but when we went through this the last time all the credit cards he gave us were declined and so we were able to figure out that it was a scam.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IT IS A SCAM!

bogus email headers, address was not to mine directly and looks like the same guy up to some fraud....does the FBI know about these people or what?

I just received an email from Mr McMcmiland trying to purchase a custom frame, valued at about $1,000.00. I can usually spot a scammer by their poor grammar and lack of personal information. Thanks to everyone's comments I decided not to give him the satisfaction of ripping off another small business.

This man gets the phone book and looks for different bussines so he acts like he is going to place and order wants he has the total with his shipping ppl, he want you to called him email him with the total ones he has the total he will call you and pay with one or two credit cards,he will ask you to put it the same amount over  BUT when you do that YES it goes thru the only thing is that  after 2 days it puts it in the sistem  as a red flag meaning that it never goes into your banck the machine thinks it was a mistake, so then he calls and ask you to go ahead and pay the shipping department well thats were he trys to get you, to send money from western union, when this happens call your banck check if the money is there call your credit card machine and check with them to see if it was a red flag, if you dont do this the money that you will be paying will be from the company not his, ITS BETTER NOT TO DO NOTHING WITH THIS MAN, AND I SEE THAT IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HE HAS TRY THIS ON, THIS IS A WARNING FROM EVERY ONE  HE HAS CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER AND ALSO FROM 954-714-4505 AZUMI SPORTWEA THIS NUMBER IS FROM FLORIDA/23-324-479-4749/ 345-298-5578 AND THIS ONE IS FROM NY AND UNKNOWN/347-298-5578 SO

This guy surfaced in Ohio this week wanting to buy aluminum extrusions. He is using the name McMiland Black with a email address of mcblack10@yahoo.com. He states he is needing aluminum for his Church which is located at 303 Patricia Lane Dalton GA which appears to be a Plumbing business. Also used ths phone number

the number is fraud and the person making the calls is a fraudster
