I do have received numerous calls from this number about pay loans. First it was my loan has been accepted. Now it is that my loan is past due and if I don't pay men will come to my home or work and rape me (the guy goes into details). He has a thick Indian accent, refuses to give me his name, has given me 5 different pay day loan companies he works for, used several different phone numbers, and it is without a doubt the same guy each time. I am listing the phone numbers he has called from (via caller id) so you guys can pre block or be aware and I am also listing the loan companies names he stated he works for. Good Luck I've been dealing with this for two days now starting at 5 am.  Also since it went to the rape comment I contacted the authorities and they suggested that if I do answer the phone ask them for their DCA# (department of consumer affairs license number) this should cause them to hang up or if they are legit which I doubt will have one then you can write a complaint.

well I wish I read these post before I decided to do the stupid thing of sending in 180 dollars for a 1500 dollar loan he said that his name was Sam Taylor and that I was preapproved for a loan up to 5000 dollars how he got all my information I have no clue but I will will be filing a police report

Ihave recieved many calls from this number and was not so smart. I have western union  about 790.00. 500.00 was to fast cash so I looked on my bank statement and it dont match. He said he was from a collection department that fast cash uses but im unable to get a number to contact them. dont know what to do

Well, I just now got a second call from these people... just two hours from when the last one came in..An Indian speaking man, claiming to be John Smith, from the American Legal Services, said that they would report my SS #, and freeze my bank account if I didn't call them back.. I do not like ANYONE to threaten me.  This is getting to be annoying..... why can't someone put a stop to these harrassing phone calls.... I know WHO I OWE money too.... and how much.... and WHO I DON'T OWE ......  I am tired of these calls...

I ignore all calls that are from numbers I do not recognize.... or the ones that say Private No. or Unknown Caller...  Anyone I actually do business with has codes that they use to identify themselves... and I do keep EXACT and ACCURATE
records of this... so scammers...... you are out of luck with me.......

I have gotten calls from this "company" something about legal stuff.  I cant hardly understand him.  However, he has called my work and its kinda funny cuz his English is so broken but they give themselves ridiculous English names.  They will harass you and harass you.  The first time they called they acted like they were from Ace Cash Express and this time from American Legal Services.

I have gotten many calls from this number. Attorney Sam Taylor, guy with accent and I dont mean a New York accent. He claimed he represented several "pay day loan" companies. When I asked him to provide me with a list of the creditors none of them matched the ones I used. He has threaten me with freezing my SSN, bank accounts and to get me fired. I spent a lot of sleepless night worried over this to find it is all a scam. Dont be fooled

i have been contaced by indian speaking man named sam taylor who first told me he was an attourny for the state deparment whitch there is none in the state of indiana i ask for his lawyer number he gave me this number 97869 whitch this nuber belong to garrette shander property lawer gshanddler associates whitch is in califorina but suppsallaly he is a attoureny in new york  he was a f****ng liar i conforted him about it so now the scammer is putting under investigation he said i made a cash advance in texas in march  i live in indiana i knew he was full of s*** im going to email the lawyer that he is claiming to be to let him a scammer is useing his numbers

The same John Smith keeps calling me telling me I owe money and I dont. This is a BIG SCAM and iam tired of it. need to find out who to call to make them stop!!!

I keep getting call from this Indian guy who says his name is John Smith.  I told him he had the wrong number but he kept calling.  I had to take the phone off the hook to get some peace.

I received a call from this number and I told the caller not to call back that I was not falling for this.

just got a call from these Indian speaking people, and their so called attorney, saying i owe some money from cash advance which i don't, i applied but never went through with it, i never sent them any paperwork,never spoke with anyone, i applied but then i changed my mind, now they wanna call and try to say that i received money from these ppl, i don't even have a traditional bank account to receive the funds that's why i didn't go through with the loan process, so they are so full of crap. they just want to scare you into sending them money. its all a scam, who can i report them to, this has got to stop.

Somebody me at 10:45 claiming i owe cash advance $300..00, I looked for it on my records. But have not found anything on it.

Please report this caller with a deep foreign Indian accent, who is male voice and he continually leaves these scams on my voicemail...I am sick of it. The number is (347) 298-7746. He threatens to contact an attorney if you do not call him back and wished you good luck. Please discontinue the calls. Gave his name as John Smith.

I got the same harrassing call from IDK can't understand the name he is giving me.  I have used payday loans in the past.  Mine are all good.  I called the agency that I used in the past to make sure I was good.  So this is definitely some scam.  I had another number called me with the same crap.  They stopped after I stood up to them.  I try to report this stuff to any agency that can have an impact, but it takes awhile sometimes for the impact to be real.  Hang up or don't answer.

These guys keep changing the numbers they're calling with every so often. My guess is they're using Google Voice on computers and then migrating their internet connections to constantly change the numbers they're calling with. They spam call people about how individuals owe them money. It's all a scam to steal your identity and get money from you.

Report them to a federal agency. In the meantime, I've been using my own google voice to spam call THEM and harass the hell out of them. They literally try to have shouting matches with me, it's ridiculous.

Another thing, if you have a smart phone, download the app "Calls Blacklist" to immediately blacklist their number the first time they call you with it so that your phone will automatically block any more incoming calls from that phony number.

received a call from this number at work.  I called back from my cell phone number ( ID caller is hidden) and they kept hanging up because they could not tell who the call was from.  Once I unblocked my cell number they answered.  They were trying to get me to pay $175 for a payday loan that I did not take out.  Scammers!!

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell and even at work I dont no how to get it to stop my work has filed a police report but they still call over and over I want it to stop.

Got calls continously from this number to my phone and my office landline. The guy is a Indian but pretends to be a American. His vocal sounds like a bull dog trying to peak English. Never attend there calls.
He calls himself as a person from Americal Allied Company on behalf of Cash Advance.

called asking for my 13 year old stating that his name was robert curtain and there was a lawsuit pending. Told him if he called again I was calling the police. Also blocked this number

when they call,  ask them for their DCA (dept. of consumer affairs) lisence number.  be nice when you talk to them so you can get more info from them.  try to get their address, and if possible the case number of the collection dispute.  once you ask for the DCA number,  they should hang up on you.  just letting you all know this.

I got the same call I got very upset  with this John Smith guy left me 2 messages treating me and my family and I better show up in court. This is not right I'm calling the FBI for on this and come on really an Indian sounding guy named John Smith and John Walker get a life it's a BIG  SCAMS just try to get money from us innocent people until they get caught... received a call from a guy named Jack Williams.  He stated I owed money from a loan.  I informed him he was reading from a script because I had already gotten a call from another number.  I told him I had reported the calls to FTC and was calling the police and disconnected.  He immediately called back but I let it go to voice mail.  DO not fall for this!!!!!

I have received several calls from a Sam Taylor, John Smith, Andy Brown & John walker claiming I owe the money in the amount of 500 . They have left threatning voicemails to sue me to blacklist my SS# and freeze my bank accts. They have also promised to get me fired from my job if I dont pay. Thet ask for payment to be made via prepaid thru Walmart. John Walker has called my job and left messages... How can I pursue this and how to I get a hold of someone to help stop these creeps. I have called the loan company who they claim to be affilated with and I have no acct with them.

Some one by the name of John Smith called me from this place accusing me of borrowing the amount of 390 dollars and not paying them he also said he had my social security number and bank account information this is a scary thing i contacted the better business bureau they say they cant help

Recieved six calls in 10m time from this number yesterday. I picked up once told them they had the wrong number and they proceeded to assert I was who they thought I was so I told them quit calling me. After that they left me 5 voicemails stateing I needed to contact them or have my attorney do so or they'd send police to my actual address or job(how they got my real address idk)) and that I better contact them in order to save my life and to have a bad day. Its the same Indian guy every time. Im overly annoyed with these people!
