Got a call from this number. Guy said he was with Kings County (NY) Sheriff's Dept.  Said an arrest warrant would served in 72 hours in my local jurisdiction.  Claims I took out an internet loan, had the money deposited in my account, then wrote fake/fraudulent checks on that account and never repaid the loan. My bank records show no such loan at the time he claims. Totally bogus. Reported him to the FBI. I still have his voice mail where he claims to be a deputy of the Kings County Sheriff's Dept.  Impersonating a law officer is a FELONY. Kings County SD says he is not affiliated with their dept.  Report these people to the proper authorities and don't answer their phone calls.

The great thing about getting phone calls like this is you can always just hang up, laughing as I did.  Anyone who sends them money is a moron.  Every city has a sheriff's office and they work together. Ask them to send an officer in your location to you and you'll be more than happy to work with them.  Don't let a telephone call upset you.  This is a pure scam for money.  Come on people!!

I have also received calls from this number by the same "Stanley Marshall". On the advice of a "Fraud Expert" at JustAnswer.com I will ignore their calls They also suggested you report them to the local FBI office and your local police agency. It is a felony to represent yourself as a "law enforcement" officer whey you are not one.

My sister is getting these calls looking for me..I'm getting irritated by people threatening me with arrest and crap from another state. He is a foreign guy and I'm sorry but if you can't allow me to speak to someone above you then you are full of shat!!!

You all Guys are wrong that is a good and genuine company.. of course that is a debt collection agencies are call and harass people about money but that doesn't mean that they are not real ...they have to represent themselves as an officer or sheriff otherwise people don't listen to them ..and take them as a customer representative or abuse them and try to make fun of them. so they have to make a lead first before they call people ..so that people don't do anything stupid over the phone. with them ..... is why these people represent their self;s and officers of law or sheriff etc, so i also paid them $649.00 too and once i paid them this amount they have sent me all the document;s and all the things in black and white .. the are a bit aggressive and arrogant but that doesn't mean that they are real but there condition is that u have to pay the money first that is there policy.. then u surely gonna receive all the documents so u just have to believe them if u want to save your self..

I received a call from a Stanley Marshall claims he is with the Kings County Sheriff's Department. Saying that I am in legal trouble over a loan I received ( which I never received any loan) Said I 24 hours to pay almost $900.00 He claims the loan amount that I never received or agreed to.. Was right at $6,000.00 I asked to speak with a detective lol he said he was the only one in the office. I said fine I will call back and speak to a detective later he said that was fine. How can these people keep preying on innocent people? Why are they not being stopped?

This guy who ever he his ... just called my employer ! Said that i had charges being pressed againts me in NY. My employer is about to fire me over this. Funny thing i just finished the Police Acdmy and i am a Armed Guard. If i had charge's pending against me they would have showed up in all my back ground. We asked for his badge number he gave us a badge number 5320#. We called the Sheriff Dept in King County NY. There is no such guy by Stanley Marshall or that badge number. Once we confronted him on it now ... he says he is specail agent and sercret agent and they would not have that info... ! So please call you local FBI and report this guy.. Keep him hanging on the line a record the call.

I just received a call from this number saying they had an arrest warrant in my name and if I didn't call they would send the cops to my house or to my place of employment. I have dealt with this kind if stuff before.  Don't call it is not true. It is a ploy to try to get you to pay a debt you may or may not even owe.

Same thing happen to me its very scary im an elderly person and my pressure went up because of this there should be something we could do to stop these calls.

received a call from this number stating they were from the Kings County Sherriffs Office in New York and they had a claim under the last 4 digits of my social security number. I googled the Sherriffs office and spoke with an officer and he stated that this number is not affiliated with their department that all of their office numbers are listed under the 718 area code. He stated that they dont call anyone stating they have the last four digits of a SS# and that this phone number may need to be filed with my local sherriffs office in Florida for fraud. Im not sure who else I could file a complaint with on this number.
