How do you block the number from calling?

How can this mess be stopped

000-009-0008 - COLLEGE NOW. They keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling!!!!!!!!

I keep telling them that I am on the no call list. They are making me crazy. Its like they get paid more if they keep me on the phone longer. I think that they are purposly harrassing me.

These creepy dudes from India and creepy!

They have already referred me to a few schools, yet they keep calling.  When I screen my calls, they don't leave a message.  When I answer, it is always a foreign man's voice and I keep telling him that they have already hooked me up to some schools and don't need to call me anymore and to take me off their list.  Then, they hang up.  They keep calling and sometimes they keep saying hello over me trying to say hello or else I keep saying hello before they either answer or hang up.  Other times I answer and a female automated voice says "Good-bye".  Finally I decided to make a log of the phone calls.  So far, they have called 5 times today, 3 in one hour and about 20 minutes apart.  When I actually did talk to them before and they looked up some schools for me and sent info to those schools for me, they said I would get a call in a week.  I had barely hung up and was already getting calls from the schools.  I found it very annoying.  All I wanted was some info for future reference.  I do not plan on going to school at this time so I didn't not want to hear back that soon and not College Now and the schools won't stop calling me.  It is very annoying and I don't have time for these contant phone calls.

I have requested College discontinue their telemarketing calls. Saturday morning they called at 7:30 a.m.

Called, left no message.

I keep receiving a phone call but the caller will not leave a message and it is becoming annoying!

Just had the same number call except this time it was a woman and she kept saying "Hello, Hello." She eventually hung up. Glad I checked here!

Called, heard some voices in the background, and then an automated voice said, "Goodbye." and hung up. Happened twice now. Creepyyyy.

called my cell number. i did not recognise the number so i did not answer it. caller did not leave a message

glad I looked it up on this site. I now blocked this number. This is a great site! Let's keep informing each other about these annoying telemarketers!

This is from a company called "College Now".  I called the number back and was prompted to press "1" if I wanted my name removed from their DO NOT CALL list.

Just got a call from this number, said "hello" twice, then an automated female voice said "goodbye"

Calls but leaves no message.  I have it blocked as spam.

Creepy indian guy keeps calling me when I've already asked to be taken off of their calling list many times. Keeps talking over me asking me to take the information.I continue to tell him NO I don't need to take any info from him. He keeps ignoring and talking over me. I got very frustrated. Finally just said Look I'm hanging up now DON'T call me back.

Called and left no message. Glad I checked here first and didn't call back.

This is a College Recruiters Number.

I just got some creepy guy calling saying that he was calling from a college.  He said he got my info from a continuing education website.  I said I wasn't intersted and he kept asking if he can be my friend. Then I asked him to remove from the list and I asked him his name so I can report him.  He hung up on me.

Call all hours and never leave a messge

They called I said Hello once, the Guy Said hello twice and then hung up, I had everything on mute just so I could hear them. I tried to make it as creepy a scary a phone call as possible.
I can't stand when people I don't know call about matters which have no interest to me.

Called me last night and also did not leave a message.
